Stephen Gardener at Honiton Branch has been brilliant. What should have been an easy turn around has turned into an absolute headache as a result of an incompetent solicitor at the buyers end and a disorganised property developer at the vendors. GoogleWe can't speak highly enough of the team at GTH. From start to finish, Tom, Wendy especially and Paula have been really helpful and supportive in getting our move 'over the line'. After over 19 weeks of being in a chain, having to deal with leasehold issues etc plus the usual stresses and strains of moving, we can honestly say Wendy especially was wonderful, always promptly handling enquiries, communicating on a regular basis and helping to address any concerns we had in the process. We would fully recommend GTH as in our experience the staff went beyond our expectations! Thank you everyone ....

GoogleOK after my previous poor experience with another letting agent in the town I thought I'd try another. So popped into GTH on the morning of Tuesday 13th June. Wirhin an hour I had a call back from Amy based in Taunton and we set up a viewing of my property for today (Wed 14th June) at 3pm. I went ahead and booked 2hrs off of work. After midday on the 14th I had a few missed calls on mobile, when I tried to call them back I either got voicemail or answering machine. At 2.45 Amy picked up the phone at the Burnham branch, she asked me if I'd received her text message. I checked and I did advising me that 'due to unforseen circumstances the appointment had to be cancelled'. Now too late to cancel the leave I'd taken, so advised Amy that I would look elsewhere, she seemed genuinely shocked that I didn't want to rebook. Estate agents honestly try to pass themselves off as a 'professional' service/industry, perhaps it's just the one's in Somerset that are abysmal with no appreciation of what good customer service looks like. Avoid!!

I honestly don’t know who uses GTH or why! Tried 3 times now over several months to book a valuation with them. Their online booking form for this is beyond pointless as they never have what they state available! Can’t even get them to value your property how are they going to get people to view it! Truly ridiculous.
