GTH are in charge for the maintenance of the flats where I live.The maintenance costs amount to over £100+ per month, when multiplied by the number of flats comes near a figure of £10,000per month that they are taking from people living there.For over 2 years, I have had over 8 holes in the felt in my attic. Water has been coming through the living room light fitting and so they sent someone to do a quick botch job to fix the problem.This has been a constant issue as the felt is over 35 years old and at last count there were 5 flats with this problem. Unless the tenant has water streaming into the flat, then they really don't want to know.As none of the flats have had tiles stripped of and the job done properly, then I think that the job is just being cheaply botched every time.These are our homes that you are wrecking.

With so many bad estate agents out there I feel like when you come across a decent one they deserve praise. GTH were great throughout our purchase. Bill (William Cosgrove) in particular pulled out all the stops to get us across the line in what proved a problematic chain. GoogleFrom the outset all the staff at GTH have been totally professional, efficient, and friendly. The manager, the photographer and other staff we dealt with. Our home was marketed in a very positive way. Particular praise must go to Wendy Stockham who supervised most of the viewings, followed up with prospective purchasers, and gave us honest and encouraging feedback. She was always ready to ‘chat’ and made us feel like friends rather than clients. In my opinion they are the best estate agents I have ever dealt with. Thoroughly recommended.

GoogleWe can't speak highly enough of the team at GTH. From start to finish, Tom, Wendy especially and Paula have been really helpful and supportive in getting our move 'over the line'. After over 19 weeks of being in a chain, having to deal with leasehold issues etc plus the usual stresses and strains of moving, we can honestly say Wendy especially was wonderful, always promptly handling enquiries, communicating on a regular basis and helping to address any concerns we had in the process. We would fully recommend GTH as in our experience the staff went beyond our expectations! Thank you everyone ....
