GoogleGood service and lovely card and gift on completion. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is our new neighbour informed us they contacted the agent to advise the rear porch door was open and banging but they didn’t do anything so the door was blown off and broken.

Having spoken to our Burnham office regarding the door it seems that unfortunately by the time we were made aware, it had already fallen off in the strong winds of a storm earlier in the year. We of course updated the party involved in the sale of the property, as they would have needed to organise replacement and removal. After an initial meeting with staff at Burnham on Sea office, where they came across as helpful and professional for a valuation our late Mother's bungalow, we put the property in their hands to sell. The photos were not good and communication very poor. We had viewings for which we received no feedback. Have since moved the property elsewhere.

Googlecommunication was poor on several occasion informed me too busy, suggested I do some progressing, due to pandemic but still want to charge pre covid £fee for reduce service. some members of staff were not up to speed with latest up dates. Local Branch did not even inform me chain was ready to exchange, I tried to contact GTH several occasions for exchange update, in the end, I was informed by my Buyers selling Agent. Exchanged with completion 3 weeks later still no communication in between from local branch. Yes we Know ones own Solicitor would inform once exchange taken place but would have been nice to receive call from Local Branch to congratulate, helps to make you feel a valued customer which I 80% did not. They did not even inform me they would be sending invoice to my Solicitor. They assumed my Solicitor would be paying them direct. GTH only needed to ask where to send invoice.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Value

The Yeovil branch is awful, they have no mannars, people skills or negotiating skills. Terrible service and a real let down and I have since heard a few more bad stories from people I know about GTH. I would advise anyone not to use them! I definitely will never use this company again.

Awful company with lies all over their websiteThey state that they are helpful and are the ‘top’ letting and sales agents in the EX16 area, yet their staff can’t be bothered to contact potential customers several times before ultimately moving on with accommodating someone in a property and STILL not informing those who were interested Pass the buck quicker than Americans Avoid at all costs. Especially letting team.
