GoogleWe recently purchased a property that was listed with SJ Warren and from start to finish, they were great. In a busy market, the team kept us updated on property coming to the market which enabled us to act quickly and from the minute we put our offer in, they kept us up to date with the progress. We were thrilled to be able to secure our lovely new home and we couldn't thank the team at SJ Warren enough. We would definitely recommend them!PositiveQuality, Professionalism

GoogleThe whole process was seemless, and buying was made to be so easy with them. Nothing was too much and communication was top notch and any questions were instantly answered. After dealing with a few estate agents SJ Warren came out far above the rest, and was so happy the house we wanted to buy was through them!
Hi Emma! Thank you for your lovely review, It means a lot to hear. We hope you're happy in your new home!

GoogleThey never even turned up to show us round, so if you wonder why your house isn't selling, this could be why!!
Good morning, Firstly can we apologise profusely, we take our business and clients very seriously and although human error can occur, it is by no means an excuse. SJ Warren always acts professionally and ask our clients do write us honest reviews. If you would like to contact me personally, I would love the opportunity to make amends.

GoogleThis company has renewed my faith in Estate agents. They have worked incredibly hard every week phoning me without fail to keep me updated on the sale of our property. When you phone them they have dealt with anything I have asked quickly and professionally. The only issue is when you compare them with the other Estate agents you will have to deal with and you realise how good you have it. Shame I can't give 6 star's

GoogleThey sold my property in 9 days and I was also lucky enough to purchase my new home with them too. Simon, Reece and Jack are incredibly helpful, efficient and just all round really nice guys. In my eyes they have completely changed the whole persona that estate agents can sometimes have! If you're thinking of buying or selling, visit them in their stylish office in Burnham on Crouch and see for yourself, can not recommend these guys enough!

GoogleDont even deserve one star... No wonder the house has been up for sale for a while, with an agent of this type of attitude cant see anyone buying from them.

GoogleSJ Warren were superb from start to finish. They sold our home within two and a half weeks of being on the market and went above and beyond with the chasing of solicitors and communication, so much that even my buyer commented how professionall and informative they had been with him. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a smooth professional sale.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
