GoogleAbsolutely amazing experience with Simon and inparticular Lorraine at SJ Warren. We bought our forever home through them and we sold our old house first time through Temme and the issues we incurred were beyond belief. Lorraine took it upon herself to do their job for them and was our rock throughout the whole process. We wouldn't have got here without her and they took the meaning of above and beyond to a new level! Thank you!!!

GoogleHaving experienced SJ Warren’s services as both a buyer and a seller recently, I can confidently say they offer an unbeatable level of service and professionalism at a very reasonable price. I would thoroughly recommend them to everyone. From the start of the sale of my father’s house, through to the completion of the purchase of my own, Simon, Jack and Reece were absolutely fantastic. They were extremely tolerant of my complete cluelessness, explaining everything in a clear way without making me feel stupid. Jack is an absolute superstar and I cannot thank him enough. My house purchase was slightly out of the ordinary and hit various obstacles along the way. He went above and beyond to ensure everything went as close to smoothly as possible. 5 stars is not nearly enough for the guys at SJ Warren. On top of their services as estate agents, they somehow managed to keep me calm during what was by far the most stressful time of my life - an achievement in itself. Steph was hugely helpful throughout and always did her utmost to ease our anxieties and to try to ensure the transaction kept moving forward, even when we hit sticking points throughout. GoogleReally don't understand the couple of bad reviews on here. I can only imagine they must be from a jealous competitor. We are using them and are really happy. Pictures are brilliant and really show the properties well. Phone always answered and never have to wait for an answer to any queries. Everything is chased up and they keep behind the sale all the time. So glad we used them as this has been such a quick and easy sale and everything has been made so easy for us. Thanks so much S J Warren and we will definitely use you again

GoogleSJ Warren were fantastic with the property my wife and I purchased in Burnham-on-Crouch. From the off, Reece was amazing for many reasons but mainly communication and his tenacious approach to getting the sale to go through smoothly. I was also impressed with how lovely their office was and how welcoming the other staff were. Would 1000% recommend these guys to anyone buying in Burnham or the local area. I don't understand the negative reviews my wife and I have seen on this feed, they are hilariously transparent and clearly written by a sour competitor in the area given the actual service that SJ Warren delivered to us and others. ***** :)

We purchased our house through them recently, and they went above and beyond to ensure the sale was moving along as smoothly as possible to completion. I have to also give special thanks to Reece, who was an absolute star. He kept us informed at every step of the process, and chased along all links in the chain when it seemed that things might be stalling. We could not be happier with the service provided - thoroughly recommended.
