Simon predicted we would have no trouble selling and indeed the buyer put in an offer on the very first day of viewing. We also ended up buying a house marketed by SJ Warren, the purchase became problematic (through no fault of SJ Warren) however both Simon, and Lorraine in particular, went well above and beyond to secure a successful completion.
