Wonderful experience with Fin from Hunters. Throughout the buying experience Fin was clear to communicate each step of the process to us & let us know all information regarding our purchase as soon as it hit his desk. I'm sure we'll be staying put as the property is lovely & exactly what we were looking for, but when we do eventually move we will be contacting Hunters again. I would advise all friends & family to get in touch with Hunters when buying / selling their property as the service is spot on!

I wanted to write a review in relation to the purchase of my property, in particular a member of your sales progression team, Claire Hunter. The purchase of this property has to be one of the most stressful frustrating times I’ve had certainly within the last 10 years, made difficult by what I guess are the usual problems, that being solicitors, sellers and other people involved who just wouldn’t communicate with each other, or me. Claire was assigned to this sale as part of your progressions team, a role I didn’t know existed, and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her, going above and beyond is an understatement and nothing was too much trouble for her. I can admit that towards completion I must have been a difficult client given that the sale took so long. Claire answered all of my calls and when I left messages she got back to me as soon as she could. She made every effort to assist me with delays created by the seller, communicating on my behalf and pushed for the sale to be completed on the date I needed, and ensured I was kept up to date when other people involved were not doing so. She was patient, and understanding. listened to me rant, cry and even made me laugh at times. I felt like I was talking to another human being who actually understood how stressful it was. I can’t thank her enough for the service she provided to me throughout this sale and I would like Hunters to know what a valuable member of your team she is. I am now in my new home and have been for a few weeks now. So thank you to Claire and Hunters

Don’t deserve even 1 star ! Extremely poor and unprofessional block management. Hunters demonstrated a clear lack of understanding of the legal and financial obligations involved in managing a block of flats,they should be letting agents but it seems lot of complaints about it as well. Hunters Communication was inconsistent, instructions from directors were ignored, and decisions were taken without authority. Overall, this was incompetent block management that caused significant disruption and cost to our residents. They Ignored fire-safety issues, poor and inaccurate accounting, and missing payments and invoices. Failed to manage service-charge funds properly or provide reliable records. Funny thing is When issues were raised, staff repeatedly gave the same generic, meaningless responses, showing no understanding of the problems and no willingness to address them, like a broken record.

Everything is fine until a problem comes up... They are nice and kind and helpful, yes, but when a problem between a tenant and a landlord comes up, they will take the landlord's side. When a dispute between me (the tenant) and my landlord came up about the condition of the garden, they clearly took the side of the landlord and I had to go to the Dispute Resolution Process, where I was given more than 80% of the amount disputed (this is to show that my arguments are not subjectively biased). Tenants, beware!
