Hunters were a pleasure to deal with and Ceri dealt with our sale all the way from a fair valuation through to completion. We ended up in a fairly complex chain fraught with challenges, however, Ceri kept us informed throughout and helped advise on how to overcome various conveyancing obstacles. Ultimately, Hunters sold my house in a challenging market with other houses on the same street remaining unsold with other agents - if that isn’t a worthwhile recommendation I’m not sure what is!

It took a couple months to get a buyer but once we did it all moved very quickly. Chris was absolutely amazing and if it wasn’t for him we wouldn’t have got to completion. He kept everything on track and was dealing with the whole chain at one point to manage expectations as this wasn’t being done by another agent meaning it nearly fell through.Chris went above and beyond to get our sale across the line so we didn’t lose our dream home and we can’t thank him enough. His communication was exceptional, frequent and always shared everything we needed to know. I would highly recommend Chris if you are wanting to sell. It took 12 weeks from offers being accepted to moving day. Very pleased.

I rang Hunters with two and a half weeks left until my house sale completed, and nowhere to move to. Instant communications and actions, despite it being a long winded process and various hiccups because of how the UK property market works. I have been dealing with the Hunters letting team for 10 years now and they have always been professional, thorough, and responsive. I have now also had the pleasure of working with the sales team, and as expected they too were 'top class'. Finlay Clayson mainly dealt with the sale of my property and throughout the entire process, he was absolutely fantastic. Fin, together with the team were always actively marketing my property evidenced by the regular flow of viewings. After every viewing, the team were quick to provide helpful feedback and adjust their marketing strategy to maximise impact. Their hard work, professionalism and experience shone throughout the process and completed the sale of my house last week. Even on completion day Chris went above and beyond to manage the the timings and expectations with the involved parties giving me sufficient time to vacate due to my specific circumstances. Moving home isn't for the faint-hearted. Hunters came highly recommended to me and I'm happy to say the sales team at Hunters didn't let me down. From surveying and presenting the property, conducting potential buyers around my property to completion of the sale I was kept informed at all times via e-mail, 'phone conversations or visits to the office in Burgess Hill. Not only was I kept informed but Finlay was always happy to explain my situation and advise me accordingly, if I had questions, they were answered confidently and knowledgeably.
