GoogleHaving used several letting agents in the last 12years with varied experiences. I was apprehensive, but from the moment I contacted William Gleave in Buckley, I found them very friendly but professional. Responsive to all your questions and concerns, helpful from initial contact. Maria ,although it was 3 weeks since my first enquiry, remembered everything I had discussed. She wasted no time in visiting the property and offering advise . Amazing service within 24hours she had a tenant ready to move in. I have no hesitation in recommending this agent.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleMaria was very pleasant and dealt efficiently with the letting of my property in Ewloe and everything happened when she said it would so I was very pleased with the outcome

GoogleI dealt mainly with Jill and Phoebe and both ladies were very professional and helpful. The house was marketed very well by Gleave and sold for what they said it would go for. They operated an 'open' house system by which several people would view the property one after another on a given day. I had never used this system before but it worked well enough.

GoogleWe recently sold our family property with Phoebe and the team, we sold immediately with a cash buyer who completed quickly, communicating with the team was always easy and professional. Highly recommended!

GoogleMaria, is one of the best agents I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Being in the rental market for approx 10 years now and I have always had fantastic service even through the pandemic we managed to move and have things dealt with in record times. Will always try my best to stay with William Gleave and when I'm looking to buy, Maria will be the person I ask for. Credit to the industry.
