GoogleNot having dealt with the agents before I can only praise them for their efforts. Having primary dealt with Maria I cannot praise her enough she is friendly efficient and nothing is too much trouble .

GoogleGot to be the worst estate agent I've dealt with by far. I've been trying to get hold of them for days with no response after bidding over on a property only to see it sold on rightmove. Then I couldn't get through to someone to see if the seller would be willing to accept an increased bid, so with that in mind I would not buy or sell with this company.

GoogleI had a good experience with the Ladies here . From the viewing to handing me my room keys. They were prompt and responsive to my questions and concerns. As a foreigner,it was welcoming for me. Cath and Maria were professional and warm , the memories will linger. I will recommend this team to all and sundry.

GoogleNever do repairs on the property, say they will but never do, my friend has rented for 4 yrs and blame her for the damp and mould, even though the property suffered this problem b4 she moved in. She has no garden to dry her clothes etc but the agency and landlord blame her of course. She has asked many many times to get repairs done and repainted etc and the requests are ignored. The agency say they will get it sorted...BUT NOTHING happens. The property needs to be reported to the environmental health as she has a 3yr old living there too...

GoogleThe website is absolutely rubbish, by far the worst website I've ever tried to find my way around. Ive been looking for a house in the Buckley area for a while and saw the board go up so immediately looked on their website to find out its details, but impossible to find it as they hadn't put it up so then looked on rightmove but again not listed there either, the house finally arrived on rightmove one and a half weeks later, you might think this is an isolated case but unfortunately not, as I've discovered the same problem with other previous houses that they market. William Gleave replied to my review saying they found it hard to believe that I had found other houses that had taken ages to appear on rightmove and the website, well guess what, whoops they've done it again.

When we are instructed to sell a property then a for sale board is erected within 48 hours however due to the property misdescriptions act we have to ensure our particulars are checked by our vendors before going live meaning it wont be on Rightmove or our website. When people see a board and a property isn't showing on Rightmove then they would normally call us where we can advise on price, organise a viewing or send a brochure when the property is available. I find it hard to believe that you have found this with many others as the majority of properties are listed within 48 hours of being instructed. GoogleLooked for a property through William Gleave for myself and girlfriends first rental together and couldn't praise them enough! The team are very friendly and are fast and effective! Any enquiries we had we'd just email them and they'd reply in no time with everything we needed to know! Even though we had applied for the house through the Christmas period they didnt let this stop them/slow them down! Amazing team and amazing company, thank you all so much!

Competitive selling fee’s and a great reliable estate agents! everything has been done quickly and effectively as promised. Tom & Fidelma always respond asap and are always at the end of the phone!! A quality advert was put onto rightmove with exceptional photographs taken by Tom!
