GoogleWhat an outstanding team at WG Buckley, who all went above and beyond to support our house sale. We had an excellent service from beginning to end, and nothing is too much trouble. The team is professional, committed and proactive - we really couldn't ask for more. We can't thank you enough, and highly recommend!

GoogleWilliam Gleave Estate agents only care if you leave them a bad review. They will act upon this very quickly and appear to care about the issues within the property. They will deal with one minor issue and then ask if you are able to change the 1 star review to a 5 star review. As they stated to me that it will look bad on the company. I reluctantly did this in hope that they would address the other issues within the property which have been a problem for nearly 4 years now. This is not the case. Once the review was changed, the estate agents did not care about any of the other ongoing issues. It has now got to a point where I have had to get environmental health involved as its affecting my daughter and myself. Furthermore, I had a gentleman come out today to the property unannounced to check the boiler, gas and electric (these have never been problems in the property). He stated he was sent out by William Gleave. However I have had no contact from the estate agents to make me aware of this. Its absolutely ridiculous. William Gleave as a letting agent are absolutely disgusting. They only seem to care about the landlord. Tenants get ignored and left to deal with problems in the property. If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Absolutely awful.

GoogleWe were shown a house in Penyffordd and we completely patronised by the woman showing it. We are serious buyers, with a house on the market, but for some reason we could tell she didn't think we were worth her time. She basically told us off for putting our house on the market using the method we had - what a great way to attract new clients! The experience meant we would have to find a bloody spectacular house this estate agent was selling before we'd consider ever going back. We were never contacted for follow up on the property either, which I'm sure the sellers would be annoyed to hear. Top tip - don't look young or dress casually when meeting anyone from this company or they'll probably just think you're lying about being interested in buying a house.

GoogleWe would heartily recommend the team at William Gleave who helped us secure a lovely property for rent at short notice over the busy Christmas period. Reassuring us from the off about being able to secure the tenancy despite a tight timeframe they acted quickly to ensure that everything ran smoothly, allowing us to move in with the minimum of fuss. Any issues that arose during the currency of tenancy were dealt with promptly and always to our satisfaction. Importantly they were all unfailingly polite and friendly whenever we had any contact with them, and made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. A five star team.

GoogleMy husband and I recently bought our first home through William Gleave. After a long and painful search we started to view properties with William Gleave. Jill really took the time to listen to what we wanted. After viewing a few properties that were not for us, we received a phone call from Tom who had received keys to a property not yet on the market. It turned out that this was our dream property, we quickly put in an offer which was accepted. Our search was finally over!! We could not have done it without the amazing work from The Team. We would highly recommend WG to anyone considering buying or selling.

GoogleI have purchased two properties with the company and been very pleased on all counts in referance to questions, detail and speed of efficiency when purchasing . Having dealt with most of the staff in some capacity. From the buying , viewing and rental side for sourcing propective tenants.. Both Tom, Gill and Amelda who I dealt with the most are always polite and cheerful when I have called in or by phone. Can't reccommend them enough . Smart and very professional establishment.
