GoogleExceptional service from all the staff at William Gleave during what was a difficult and protracted house sale. Phoebe was very efficient in organising the open house and we had 3 acceptable offers by next business day. Throughout the whole process, Jill was always responsive and really partnered with me in achieving an excellent outcome. The sale completed today and I am so appreciative of the WG team's professionalism during all aspects of this sale.

GoogleI'm extremely glad to write this review. As an overseas doctor moving to the UK to join NHS in this difficult time, Maria at WG Estate Agents made moving out just so comfortable. She expedited the tenancy process in just 6 days keeping in mind my desparate need of an accommodation. She was extremely professional and prompt in her responses. A gem of a person she is, Maria made sure I do not fall short of anything, be it food or daily essentials, as I had a 10 day self-isolation on arriving in the UK. Her kindness was indeed overwhelming. The flat is so fresh and clean and I could not have asked for any other place to live. GoogleWould like to write our experience of our recent house purchase through William Gleave Buckley. I don't usually write reviews however I feel I must really express my joy of our experience. Viewing of the property was handled by Maria who is so polite, positive and accommodating. We also viewed the property for a second time during the conveyancing process and Harry was eager to help and assist also. The purchase was dealt with by Jill who was so professional, always available for a chat/advice and she really propelled the process. Other estate agents that we used for viewing were not a patch on this firm. GoogleBefore moving in to the flat I’m in now I had never rented before. The idea of renting was an exciting yet nervous experience. Maria and her team made myself and my partner feel at ease throughout the whole process. I expected the process to take a few months however was pleasantly surprised when I worked it out that it had taken just under a month from the viewing to moving in! GoogleActing as Tom's previous line manager, I can not speak highly enough of how he conducts his role as Branch Manager of William Gleave. Combined with his work ethic and local knowledge, he is also fortunate enough to have Jill and Maria under his wing which creates this truly remarkable team who represent home owners, land lords, tenants, buyers and beyond at William Gleave. Put it this way, if I had a home to sell in the area they cover (Which is vast!) I would most certainly be putting my property on the market with them. Nothing but praise (And I have worked in several agents).

Other agents in the area from personal experience are slow to respond to enquiries, fail to communicate when properties are sold and more recently haven't even bothered to return our calls or emails to arrange viewings on properties my partner and I are interested in.
