The Lettings team at Tim Russ are the best. My family and I have no hesitation in recommending Kathi and Sue in managing all our properties. They are skilful in finding the most suitable tenants for our properties and the ones that they know who are not short term tenants. We utilise their full management service with peace of mind knowing that when we are not around there are people who are able to handle any issues that may arise. Kathi and Sue have been exceptional, finding suitable tenants, attending effectively to issues as they come up and communicating in a timely fashion.
