GoogleSimon Minter and the team have been fantastic. Simon has been helpful and professional throughout trying to sell our property. The team have been brilliant at chasing solicitors/solving issues when they arose. Without Simon's drive I feel we would have struggled to get to completion. I highly recommend Simon and the rest of team. A very big Thank You!!!.

GoogleI've just recently let a property through Tim Russ. I dealt with Kathi and Sue who were amazing from start to finish. The process was quick and ran smoothly, every aspect was dealt with quickly and efficiently. They are not just great at their job they are both lovely ladies and a pleasure to deal with. I will definitely be recommending to friends.

GoogleAs Landlords we have been renting our properties through Tim Russ for over 15 years and have had exemplary service from Kathy and Sue throughout that time. More recently, we put a property on the market and successfully sold and completely within 14 weeks, Mark West and the sales Team have provided an excellent and very professional service keeping us updated on all aspects of the progress during the process from offer to completion. Thank you to all the amazing team at Tim Russ. B and A Toomey
Thank you Bill & Ann, on behalf of sales & lettings, we were delighted to help and you have been such good clients over the years. Simon Minter

GoogleI couldn't rate Tim Russ more highly. Huge thanks to Simon Minter for his continued guidance & support through a lengthy & frustrating sale. I have had dealings with the Beaconsfield office since 2008 & everyone has been unfailingly kind, thoughtful & efficient throughout. Never consider another estate agent.
It was such a pleasure acting for you Joanna and we got there in the end, best wishes - Simon Minter Area Director

GoogleI am so happy living in my rented home 😊. It is an older property and naturally, as with all properties, things go wrong, break down or need replacing from time to time. Kathi, Gary and the maintenance team at Tim Russ have been amazing at these times. The issues have been resolved extremely quickly and with no fuss, making it stress free for me. Thank you all so very much 😊

GoogleFantastic service. Rob was very helpful, not pushy at all and made the whole rental experience smooth and stress free. Would definitely recommend Tim Russ!
3/5
GoogleNot a bad experience overall, Tim Russ handled the sale of my flat having previously purchased the flat via Tim Russ years prior. Overall - the service was fine - with regular communications via email. On one occasion however, the keys to my home were given to a valuer without my permission or knowledge - causing the valuer to walk in unannounced to the home - terrifying those who were in the home at the time. I didn’t feel this was handled very well by Tim Russ with just an apologetic email. A small gesture of apology (e.g flowers etc) to the person who had been walked-in-on I feel would have been a better way of handling this. Although I’m sure this is an edge case and mistakes happen, it left a slightly sour taste.
Thank you for your review Lewis. Your comments have been discussed in the group and taken on board I can assure you. Simon Minter Area Director

GoogleThe lettings team in the Beaconsfield office couldn't have done more to help with our search for accommodation and went the extra mile to ensure that the entire letting process ran smoothly. We were stuck without accommodation after another flat fell through and went to them instead for assistance. We could not be more appreciative of Sue's help and I would highly recommend to anyone who was looking to find a property. Excellent customer service and a reliable, professional team.
So good to read Maria. Sue, in particular, was delighted to receive such praise. Many thanks. Simon Minter Area Director

GoogleThe Tim Russ Lettings team have been exceptional during our search for a new property in the local area. Sue and Kathi are incredibly polite, courteous, professional and prompt with their communication regarding any and all matters in the property search process from beginning to end. They were very responsive to all of our queries and made our task of moving home seamless and hassle-free. Tim Russ has been the best estate agency I have had the pleasure of liaising with and I'm very happy with the service that has been provided.

GoogleI can highly recommend Tim Russ Lettings to any Landlord or potential tenants. 12 years ago we bought a flat to rent. The support we received in setting up as new landlords with no experience was outstanding. We are now far more experienced landlords but still very much appreciate the support and guidance we receive from Kathi and Sue securing the right new tenants and setting up inventory checks, security checks and handovers etc. In 12 years our flat has never been empty for more than one month. A truly local, friendly and professional business.
A lovely review for the lettings team Valerie - much appreciated - Simon Minter Area Director

GoogleI’ve used the services of Kathi Taylor and Sue Witney for a number of years in relation to various rental properties; they have been exceptional - so much so I’ve even used them for a rental outside their local area in preference to local estate agents. The services they offer are always consistent, very professional and very supportive. Their prices are competitive and I have every confidence in their abilities. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
A lovely review Tia many thanks on behalf of Lettings. Simon Minter Area Director

GoogleHeddwen and I have been very impressed with the way that Tim Russ Beaconsfield managed our sale - and indeed the whole chain, liasing with agents at all levels - to bring what turned out to be an unexpectedly protracted and difficult move to a successful conclusion. What was more impressive was that the team remained personable throughout without losing their high standard of professionalism. They were all very supportive and kept us up to date as things progressed. Thank you very much.
Thank you Keith - it was a pleasure to act for you both and we wish you well in your new home. Simon Minter Area Director
