A perfect transaction from start to finish, Michele Buckingham was a fantastic negotiator between myself the buyer & vendor, with prompt communication & any questions / enquiries replied to very promptly. We would definitely use Tim Russ Beaconsfield again & would highly recommend to anyone else thinking using them for both buying & selling!

From first entering Tim Russ Beaconsfield, I cannot fault the service by all of the attentive lettings team. They have gone above and beyond to help us find and then get settled into our new rental. I have never known any agency to be so responsive, I cannot recommend them enough. Sue has been especially helpful in managing our move into the property and I was super impressed by how quickly anything that needed to be was remedied. Thank you Team, a very positive experience indeed!

I have been renting with Tim Russ for just about a year now. The service from Sue and Kathi has been fantastic. After a not so positive experience with a previous rental company I was worried about being with a new rental company but they have been amazing the whole way from when I first viewed the property, to moving in and now living there. The property is an older property and a few things have needed replacing or repairing but Sue and Kathi have been amazing. They act very quickly to resolve the issue. They are so helpful and professional and have made everything straightforward and stress free. Overall I have had a great experience and would highly recommend them to everyone.

My husband and I have been clients of Tim Russ in Beaconsfield for a number of years, using them to let out our flat. The service we receive is consistently 5-star. Specifically, Kathi and Sue have been invaluable. They are outstanding at finding the right occupants for our property on every occasion. They are always highly professional, yet personable and great to deal with. What really sets them apart is the care and attention to detail. They go above and beyond by regularly visiting the property (with the tenants' permission) and sending us updates on how the flat is being looked after. This proactive management gives us complete peace of mind, especially when we are travelling. Knowing that the letting agency handles everything, and crucially, that they genuinely look after our tenants, is a massive relief. We highly recommend Kathi, Sue, and the entire team at Tim Russ Beaconsfield to any landlord looking for an exceptional, trustworthy service.

Rob at Tim Russ was fantastic for us. We viewed a lot of places with lots of different realtors and none worked out. Rob was persistent to find our home, and that he did. As soon as he saw a place come across his desk that he knew fit our bill, he called us straight away and we viewed it that’s same afternoon. The place was exactly what we were looking for. We cannot thank Rob at Tim Russ enough.

Our property in Beaconsfield has been managed by Tim Russ for many years now and we would highly recommend them. The level of service has been of the highest standard with both regular and more pressing issues being handled efficiently and promptly. We can't recommend Sue and Kathi highly enough, they have always been polite and incredibly responsive and couldn't have been more helpful. Our tenant has also enjoyed the same level of service creating a very successful relationship for all involved. Overall an excellent letting partner.

As a landlord, I have been incredibly impressed with the level of service and feedback from Tim Russ & Company. They marketed the property well and our new tenants have also been impressed with the swift response offered by Kathi and Sue to any questions/issues they have had. We were previously using a large estate agent in High Wycombe to manage our property who were slow to follow up on issues and respond to emails. As Tim Russ Beaconsfield is a smaller agency with a competent team who have been at the helm for many years, I feel they have the ability to manage things more effectively. I feel safe in the knowledge they are managing our property well.

I have been renting with Tim Russ for quite a long time now and I couldn't be happier with the service. Kathi Taylor is my main point of contact now and is always really helpful, any issues in my property are dealt with quickly. I also have had contact with Colin Foster in the Thame branch and and he was always equally as helpful, so all round a great service.

An excellent lettings agent. We have been renting with Tim Russ for more than 2 years now and would highly recommend them. All issues throughout the Tenancy so far are handled efficiently and professionally. I can't recommend Sue and Kathi enough, they have been polite, professional and incredibly responsive throughout and couldn't have been more helpful. We have always been massively impressed with how quickly they resolved any issues we brought to there attention, This has been the best agent/landlord experience I've had in UK.

I have had the most amazing experience with Tim Russ and Company Lettings Beaconsfield, most particularly Sue Withey who has been the most professional , hard working, proactive and kind agent I have worked with in some time. The whole team including Kathi have been so helpful that my letting experience was painless and I would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone. It has been a pleasure dealing with you all and helping me move into my lovely new home in Beaconsfield. Thank you. Anita Majmudar

I used Tim Russ in Beaconsfield to draw up a rental contract for my tenant and carry out all of the referencing and prepare the flat (cleaning, gas certificate, etc) before they moved in. This was all done to a very tight deadline and there were some problems with the flat (such as failing the electrical inspection) along the way. Sue and Kathi were resourceful and professional throughout and dealt with the various issues calmly and quickly. Their tradespeople were also professional and diligent. All around very capable with a very good outcome.

We began renting a property in Beaconsfield in March. The team have been excellent throughout - from day one of the visit Sue and Kathi were so helpful, through the moving in and then the early days of being in. They are extremely quick responding to even the smallest issue, (maintenance guy round the same day!), sharp with all comms and very warm and friendly whilst doing it. So far, so brilliant.

We had a fantastic experience from Tim Russ throughout our time as tenants in Beaconsfield. Sue was lovely to deal with over our 5 years and always responded quickly to any issues (which were very rare). We felt lucky to have such a level of service at all times, which was always friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Tim Russ as brilliant people to deal with. Thank you Sue, Kathi and the whole lettings team.

I have rented a property near Beaconsfield for many years and have been very impressed with the Lettings department at Tim Russ. Both Kathi and particularly Sue Withey have made it a very pleasurable experience. I have the most dealings with Sue who I find to be polite, very professional and quick to respond to queries / concerns. I shall be sad to leave. Thank you to all.

I could not recommend Tim Russ as an estate agency more. More specifically Sue and Kathi were an absolute breath of fresh air and could not have been more helpful to myself and my family. They are so very professional and made the entire process from start to finish the smoothest possible, we have never experienced such great service from any other agency and whilst people may think the big corporate agencies are best, I would disagree completely. I have never been so sure as to recommend Tim Russ to everyone. Thank you Sue and Kathi!

Tim Russ, especially Mark, were incredibly helpful, efficient and professional throughout the process of my mother's relocation, which included probate. They/he were especially impressive in chasing solicitors/solving issues which threatened to delay completion. They are a patient and understanding team, essential when you are going through the inevitable stress of house buying/selling. I highly recommend them.

We instructed Tim Russ & Co. (Beaconsfield Office) to sell our property for us and they have been amazing throughout. Simon in particular has been fantastic, very professional and very honest. I have also met Mark who did a lot of the viewings and he made sure that the potential clients had all the right information and spent time showing them around. The Team at Tim Russ know exactly what they are doing and they make you feel like it’s just your house they are selling. There are plenty of Estate Agents in Beaconsfield but if you want experience, honesty and people that put you first, I highly recommend Tim Russ & Co. Without hesitation if I am looking to sell or purchase again without doubt Simon and his team are the people to go to. They deserve 5 Stars

Great service from Tim Russ during our property purchase. Simon was always professional, honest and personable and was a pleasure to deal with. I'd certainly recommend them to others. We later used Tim Russ to let our property and dealt with Sue and her team. Sue was excellent, thorough, highly professional and ensured we were always kept up to date. We will definitely use Tim Russ again and cannot speak highly enough about the team.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
