GoogleJo is an absolute star, if you need someone to go beyond all expectations to sell your house, Jo from Tim Russ is the person for you. Jo worked tirelessly on all aspects of marketing and selling of my house in difficult market conditions. Jo went way beyond the normal duties of an estate agent and made the journey of selling my house as smooth as possible. I cannot rate her highly enough and would recommend her to others in a heartbeat. Thank you to Jo and all at Time Russ Hazlemere, for all your help it was greatly appreciated and will never be forgotten. - Jo should be nominated as Estate Agent of the Year

GoogleSold our first property through them after a not so nice experience with another estate agent. 1 word for this companies branch... Amazing!! So helpful & understanding. Shout out to Jo, Martin & Gayle. They went above & beyond! Our property also had an offer within the first few days of it being available. Would highly recommend them. Free valuations too. Great communication everytime something changed.

GoogleI 100% recommend Tim Russ & Company, Hazlemere. My property was in a niche market so relatively few viewings. I had actually moved away from the area but visited monthly. I always made a point of calling in to chat with Dennis and Jo who always remained positive about finding s buyer....... and sure enough eventually they did - with no chain! Perfect! Jo expertly managed the negotiations and I was happy with the outcome. From sale agreed to exchange was a lengthy process mainly due to the mortgage process but at all times Jo was ontop of it all- pushing solicitors, requesting timelines chivvying everyone along and certainly kept me fully informed. It has certainly been an incredible journey and Jo has always been positive throughout..... and nothing seemed too much trouble! I have no hesitation in saying they are the best estate agents I have used.

GoogleWe have instructed Tim Russ on our last three property sales. We were particularly impressed with Dennis and Jo. Our current sale which is just going through was also dealt with by a wonderful lady called Marilyn. TIm Russ have never disappointed us. They are honest, trustworthy and give their best advice and attention at all times. We will never use another agent. We have sold 11 properties in the last 20 years. I wish I’d found Tim Russ at the very beginning because they are without a doubt the best agent in South Bucks (Review for the Hazlemere office)

GoogleWe have just sold our house and purchased our new one through Tim Russ Hazlemere and the whole process went smoothly and was very professional. Jo was looking after us, and from start to finish made sure we were in the loop with everything, her negotiations on both our sale and purchase were fantastic and she always came back to us quickly with answers to any queries we had. Jo and her colleagues in the Hazlemere branch come highly recommended! Thank you!

GoogleExcellent service from the team in Hazlemere, I truly believe that we would not have achieved what we set out to do (2 sales and 1 purchase) with any other agents, especially the new wave of no commission based estate agents. Like everybody, I will try to save money when I can but if you can find a good estate agent, you will end up better off. Martin Perry's wealth of experience will reasssure you through the process especially during stressful times, we cannot recommended this agent enough. Many thanks. Mr & Mrs Gasquet & family

GoogleI've owned & sold many properties. In a difficult market, Dennis & the team sold my house with the minimum of effort for the maximum value within 3 months. Many other similar properties to ours remain unsold & are now way under their original asking price & falling. If you want to sell I recommend the Hazlemere team for their pragmatic, professional & expert approach.
