GoogleA huge thank you to Martin at Tim Russ' Hazlemere office for handling the sale of my late father's property. It's fair to say it was probably a challenging instruction but Martin and the rest of the team handled everything thing with grace and 'unflappability'. From the initial meeting, the brochure and ensuring that the sale made it through a protracted negotiating process they ensured that both we and the purchasers came to a happy conclusion. Thank you!

GoogleWhat can I say that hasn’t already been said. I’ve used many estate agencies over the years developing properties, so I can say (speaking from painful experience), Martin and the team are seasoned professionals. The process from the initial consultancy to sale, every interaction was efficient, knowledgeable, thoughtful and effortless. Importantly, they remembered the key features of my property when showing to potential purchasers. I did my research on local agencies (volume of properties in my price bracket, volume of visible boards locally, customer reviews, quality of pictures, internet searches, etc) and it certainly paid off with Tim Russ.

GoogleWe really can’t recommend Martin, Jo and all the team at Tim Russ Hazlemere highly enough. Martin’s advice when we put our house on the market was extremely professional. He has many years of experience in the local area, which is invaluable. When we had the unfortunate experience of a buyer pulling out, they reacted incredibly quickly to get the house back on the market and sold a second time. Jo was brilliant in taking us through the selling process; nothing was ever too much trouble and her communication was excellent. It was such a positive experience and we are so grateful to all the team for their input.

They took the time to get to know the property and asked plenty of questions so they could accurately answer any questions from potential buyers. Martin went above and beyond to help us understand each step of the process and had a complete handle on all the parties involved in the chain, keeping us updated daily when it came to exchange and completion. GoogleMartin and the team went above and beyond to keep me informed and progress my sale as quickly as possible. Really professional marketing, compared to some of the other local agents, together with a realistic valuation meant that the property was under offer within days of coming onto the market. There was always a friendly voice at the end of the phone to answer any questions and accompanied viewings arranged without any issue. I wish all agents were like this!

GoogleMartin, Jo and the team at Tim Russ in Hazlemere were excellent during the sale of our house. They were professional and effective during the marketing and viewing stages, using their great local knowledge to help us get a great offer very quickly. They then guided us through the challenges of having that buyer withdraw and going back on the market unexpectedly, finding us a new buyer extremely quickly. During the closing stages, Martin did a superb job in liaising both up and down the chain and keeping everyone happy as we moved towards the final completion date. We were very happy to hand over our lovely house in Penn to some wonderful new owners as we then embarked on our new adventure in Herefordshire. Many thanks again to Martin, Jo and the team.

Martin valued my mother's house realistically and we achieved a close offer which we accepted. Where this agent is leagues ahead of numerous others is in detailed sales progression. Martin and his team followed up every single aspect of the process in a swift, professional manner and worked well with us as sellers and I assume with the buyers too. We're very pleased we chose Martin's agency and can highly recommend him.

GoogleMy husband and I recently used Tim Russ Hazlemere to sell our house and we couldn’t be happier with the outstanding service they provided from start to finish. Martin took great care listing our property and he and Jo helped us find a buyer within 3 weeks of putting it on the market (which we were thrilled with during the slow autumn market). When it came to exchanging, we had some delays further up the chain and Jo in particular went above and beyond chasing other agents and solicitors every day for a week to try and push it through for us. She kept us updated on the situation and generally made us feel much better during a very stressful time. Overall, we are incredibly grateful for the whole team’s work, and couldn’t recommend them enough!

Nothing was ever to much for him he kept us well informed and even took on enquiries that should've been dealt with by our own agent. GoogleI recently worked with Tim Russ in Hazlemere to sell my house. They did a great job of the usual: valuing it, getting interest, lining up viewings, managing the offer process. Where they really came into their own was their role in actually getting it done. It was a complex process, with a long-ish chain and difficulty in obtaining clarity on the real issues behind delays. Martin, Dennis and team showed relentless attention to clarifying issues, ensuring all bases were covered and gaining trust from all parties involved. That made the difference and finally got the process across the finish line. Big thank you to the team. I would definitely recommend Tim Russ Hazlemere - and indeed will work with them again!

GoogleWe were delighted with Tim Russ Hazlemere from day 1 when we asked Martin to come and value our bungalow. Knowing the area well he gave us a valuation that he felt was realistic and he and his team went into action. The photographer was very thorough and then the viewings started . Within a week we had sold and through to the completion Martin Jo and the team were at the end of the phone to assist with any ( and many ) queries. We would totally recommend them to anyone thinking of selling in the Hazlemere / Penn area. From the beginning to the end they gave us confidence .

GoogleWithout Jo and the Tim Russ team we would not have our dream house. They saw the value in the house we had worked hard on and it meant we were able to afford our dream. Our Good Life.
