Niall, Rebecca, and the rest of the Romans Team helped us with the sale of our property in High Wycombe. Their valuation was spot on, and most probably helped with the quick sale of our property without having to reduce the price. All throughout the process, I really appreciated their excellent and timely communication. Scheduling of the viewings was very efficiently done, with multiple viewings grouped in batches so that there's minimal disruption whilst I work-from-home. I would definitely keep them in mind in case we decide to move again in the future. Thanks to the Romans Team for all the work they did for us!

Awful experience renting from Romans West Drayton. I didn't have a working cooker and oven for the entire time during my 5 months of tenancy and many things were broken, including the boiler which broke down about 3 times during my tenancy. At one point I was left with no hot water for days.

Sending unrelated emails when I haven't contacted them

As far as I am aware, I have never used this agent and started receiving property alerts from them (as I am mid search to buy a house). Can only assume an affiliated company passed my data to them and they started sending me property emails that have zero relevance so what I am actually searching for (i.e I'm looking for a detached house and I am sent apartments in an area I am not considering).

Donna-Marie Brant, the property manager displayed great professionalism and attention to deal with all my concerns to move in the new address. In addition, I am grateful for her quick response to all of my queries with prompt solutions. Charlotte Travers addressed all my queries with a great level of patience while viewing the apartment, as well as with post-viewing correspondences which was really nice. Salome Correia was very helpful during the documentation processing stage.

Amazing job would definitely use again. Stephanie, Sapphire and James were amazing. They were quick with a valuation date and valued it ten's of thousand's of pounds anyone else had and we achieved that. The sale was agreed in 3 days. They guided us through that. Their communication was top notch, they alays answered emails and when busy on the phone always returned a call within the hour. They were extremely honest from the start and even stated how "gazumpng" was bad practice. They are very well organized and they are definitely on your side. If I had to move house every week I would use them every time and will recommend them to anyone.

The pictures taken looked amazing and we had people through the door straight away and an offer within the first week which we were happy with and accepted!
