I'd had a few experiences with Lettings Agents in the past that had made me think that it was a lost industry, perversely desperate to be apathetic to the needs of Tenants. That was until I had the pleasure of working with Lewis to secure a property in High Wycombe. He went above and beyond to ensure I was informed, took my side and helped me to find a great property that suits all my needs. He was quick to communicate, friendly on the phone and great at building rapport with a customer. As a successful salesman in my early career, I can tell that Lewis has what it takes to engage with stakeholders in an effective manner, build rapport to keep customers on side, and the mental acumen to organise aptly on top of great communication skills in all forms. I highly recommend Romans High Wycombe and would not look to sell a property with anyone else, after recently selling my property with them and receiving an extremely high level of service compared to other local estate agents. From start to finish, Stephanie was amazing - always pro-active, open to my considerations and very honest. Chris was also great, keeping me updated every week without fail with any progress and feedback on viewings. A huge thank you to Lyndsey (Romans move manager) who alongside Stephanie, ensured the entire process was flowing as quickly as possibly. If it weren’t for their proactiveness and responsiveness, I would probably still be waiting to exchange! Romans High Wycombe is truly a level above all other local estate agents, it’s incomparable.

I can't fault the experience of selling my property with Romans. Right from the moment Stephanie first visited when we enquired about using them, their service has been very personal and very professional. We were honestly made to feel we were their most important customers. I was kept informed at every stage of the process promptly and someone was always on hand to deal with any queries I had. Romans Windsor have been exceptional from start to finish

My experience with Romans in Windsor has been positive from start to finish. I ended up getting the property I really wanted thanks to Annie Nicholls and the her wonderful colleagues. I was referenced checked with the lettings hub who were great and everything was sorted before move in date. On arrival of checking in, I was happily surprised to see a massive box which was a care package left by the Romans team. It contained everything I could ever need including breakfast bars, toothpaste, cookies, DVLA move home reminders and most importantly, some vouchers for a huge hamper of wine! I honestly have nothing bad to say. I was recently given notice during covid to leave my house I was renting by another agent as the landlord wanted to sell which stressed me out so so much and I come across a property with Romans Basingstoke. Had a viewing and secured it straight away. The agents were amazing. Maddie the little diamond made sure the entire process and through my referencing was as smooth as possible keeping me up to date with everything. And Molly made sure all my documents and info was sent on time and any questions I had were answered quick time. If you want to rent a house - speak to Maddie in Basingstoke branch.
