GoogleI cannot recommend Hilton King and Locke enough. They were professional, personable, and exceptionally helpful from start to finish and if there was an option to give 10 stars, I would! We had a very stressful time with our solicitors but the team at HKL continued to help us get to completion stage, nothing was ever a hassle. A special mention for Jade Sweales of the Iver office who truly went above and beyond in every way possible, we will be forever grateful for all of her help.

GoogleReceived excellent service with Hilton King and Locke. Throughout the whole process Kendall and her team kept us informed and in the loop at all times which helped with the whole stress of moving. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thanks again guys :)

GoogleI recently went through selling my property with HKL. I would just like to say that HKL were absolutely brilliant from begining to end. Always there at the end of the phone. My house sale/purchase was extremely stressful towards the end because of my solicitor but Jade at HKL was professional and supported me throughout the whole process. I would not hesitate to use them again. Once again, thank you to all the team!

GoogleOver the years I have had the displeasure of dealing with many estate agents and can honestly say have never in my 30 years of buying and selling houses ever come across any that I walked away from satisfied with the service! BUT, although it has taken 30 years I can truly say that all at HKL Iver are absolutely OUTSTANDING in all aspects they treat you with compassion, easy to talk to, always take your call (even when you are in meltdown), and are relentless in chasing the chain, they even got my solicitor to speak to them when she ignored my calls! They always have the personal touch. They even dropped everything one day and rushed round when a pesky surveyor was snooping everywhere to supervise him as I had to leave for work! So I am a little sad now that I have completed and will miss my new friends. Beverley, Kirsty, Kendal and not forgetting Leigh who introduced me to his family! I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism and hard work thank you all so very much.

Despite having to deal with a chain of solicitors and a particularly difficult legal process, we always felt that he was acting in our best interests. Highly recommended!
