GoogleHKL Iver were great in dealing with the sale of our property, especially James with whom we dealt mostly. There were a few hiccups along the way, to be expected when selling a house, but these were dealt with quickly and efficiently. James kept us informed along the way and was friendly and professional. I would recommend HKL Iver.

GoogleWe have just completed on the sale of my mum in law’s house with Hilton, King and Locke using their Iver office. From the very beginning of the process they instilled us with great confidence that they were the right choice for us. The house had to be sold to pay for nursing home fees for my mum in law so we were obviously keen to get the best price possible in order to secure her future. Kendall did the original valuation which far exceeded our expectations but, as she has lots of local knowledge (as do all the members of staff) we were happy to trust her judgment. This proved to be absolutely right when we actually received offers over the asking price. Jade handled the sale process and was an absolute joy to deal with. She kept us well informed at all stages and was always there to answer any questions we had. All our queries were dealt with efficiently and with good nature. We thank them for all their hard work and would have no hesitation in recommending Hilton, King and Locke to anyone wishing to sell their house.

GoogleJenny Hall lettings, Farnham Common. Amazing service! We have not experienced this high level of service before. Jenny's help was beyond anything to be expected. Excellent updates. Clarity on what was needed at each step of the letting process. Absolute competence. Jenny left us feeling from start to finish that we were being accompanied by a Champion who would help us overcome challenges and make sure we secured the perfect let for our family. Having also had very good interaction with the Chalfont St Peter office it became clear thatJenny is a representative for what HKL stands for and I would not hesitate to recommend them and would definitely only return to them in the future.

GoogleWe were so lucky to have Jenny guide us through our rental process. She proactively phoned me after I'd booked two quite different properties via rightmove to ascertain what we were really seeking. Through her expertise, she helped us to realise the area and property that would be best for us. With every hiccup in the journey to moving into our new home, Jenny reassured and guided us with her positive and enthusiastic attitude. Without her - we would not have found the house we now call a home. Highly recommend.
