We have been incredibly impressed by Ford & Partners, they are incredibly responsive and also are professional in their approach to everything, they are willing to discuss anything and everything to see what is possible when it comes to negotiating between us the tenants and the landlord. They have been excellent in terms of keeping us up to date with any news over the tenancy terms being checked approved and signed etc. They have been incredibly transparent and I’ve never felt like they are pushing for a hard sell. They genuinely take your requirements and needs into account and work with you to find the most suitable property for those specified needs. We dealt mostly with Ian from Lettings, I would give his service 10/10 he is by far the best estate agent I’ve had to deal with. Other members of the team such as Ben have also followed a similar level of service and overall I cannot praise them enough. I cannot recommend Ford & Partners highly enough! Professional, friendly and constant communication throughout and the process was so straight forward. Sam valued and sold my flat for 5% over what I had been previously estimated by another local estate agent. He and his team really look at the properties and the qualities, and therefore know what they're worth and how much you can sell them for. My flat went on the market on a Friday evening and I had accepted an offer by the Monday lunchtime! I believe Sam's genuine interest in his clients and the potential buyers, coupled with high quality marketing materials secured this for me. Ford and Partners also give you access to a really helpful portal that shows you step by step the progress of your sale so you can check in on this whenever you like.
