Benas and the team at ford and partners made our experience regarding the purchase of a commercial property an extremely easy process to follow, despite several setbacks from third parties. All throughout a very complex and long process with banks and solicitors, he was always there to answer our calls and queries with as much time and explanation as we required, full of very professional guidance and knowledge. His extremely professional and personal approach to the issues we had to deal with was handled in a logical and very hands-on way and no problem was too small for his attention. I can happily highly recommend Ford & Partners as an estate agent. Having needed to deal with quite a number of agents over the last few years, in various parts of the country, I can honestly say that this agency are a breath of fresh air. They really do take the time to go through every concern and query you may have as a vendor, and equally in my experience, have been very helpful and supportive with potential purchasers. They have a very comprehensive marketing package, unlike many agents I've experienced that charge extra for each 'additional service'. Everything you could wish for is included at a fair and competitive price, to give your property the best chance of looking good and reaching a wide market. Importantly, they actually do keep you informed throughout every stage of the process, and they also really do continue to chase all involved throughout. They have excellent local knowledge, and are always on hand with advice as needed. As an independent office, you don't go through to back up call centres etc to have messages possibly passed to the relevant person at some point, but will always speak with a member of the team. They also have a good letting department, so have good contacts and many recommendations for local services and trades, if required. One feature that drew me to them, was as an independent business themselves, they make it a value of their business model to use and promote other local independent businesses, for example their professional photographer, a lovely thing to do. In the main I dealt with Benas and Sam there, but every person I spoke to was always friendly, professional and courteous. They have gone above and beyond in assisting me with a flat sale that was at times a tricky process to navigate. So if you're looking for a local agent to High Wycombe, I advise giving them a call to see what they can offer!

Unfortunately we had a horrendous viewing on a rental property deeds grove due to the agent being quite rude, making weird comments throughout and having absolutely zero knowledge on the property. The elderly lady who showed us around had no knowledge of a service road, parking at the back, that there was a basement flat, she thought the loft ensuite was redundant, had no idea there was a workshop/storage, didn’t know if the house was gas/electric or metered separately ignored my questions saying ‘what has it got to do with you’ even though i was going to be the joint tenant i was asking normal questions and had been polite the whole time. She kept making rude facial expressions, luckily i have contacted the landlord separately and informed him, he can also thankfully see himself as he had ring cameras recording around the property. I’ve never experienced such a rude, unprofessional and unwelcoming agent like this elderly lady. Thankfully we’ve on ahead and been accepted another property around the corner from JNP who were much better. Such a shame.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Extremely poor customer services from James and the lettings team, enquired about a property 24h after being listed, organised a time to view and heard nothing. Called on the day of the viewing to confirm it was still going ahead to be told that there was no booking in the system and refused to let me organise one as its likely the property had gone with the excuse of "These things happen" and "that's just the rental market". As if the process of finding a place and moving house wasnt hard enough as it is, these jokers want to make it even harder and mess you around like this.
