GoogleWe cannot speak highly enough of the service received from Ford and Partners. Sam and his team went the extra mile, providing first class advice throughout process. They used all of their experience and expertise to help navigate through some very challenging discussions between a number parties involved, and if it wasn’t for their commitment, I am certain we would not have been able to secure the purchase of our new home and sale of our old property ahead of the changes in stamp duty. We would 100% recommend anyone buying or selling a home to use Ford and Partners. You will get the personal touch and commitment that is missing from many of the larger estate agents, and makes all the difference when making such a big change to your life.

GoogleSam and the team took great care of our lengthy sale. Having gone on the market last year and only just completed, it was a long process due to the housing market and backlog of solicitor admin but Ford and Partners remained communicative, supportive and transparent throughout the process. We really appreciate that they went above and beyond for us! I would highly recommend them for any future sales within the area!

GoogleBenas at Ford & Partners helped me sell my flat for me and was an absolute dream to deal with throughout a very difficult transaction. Ben's communication and honesty is 2nd to none and was a rare trate in this industry. I would not hesitate to recommend F&P to anyone looking to move. Ben also managed to get me £10k more on the sales price that I hoped for and I will definitely use F&P again if I ever need to move in future.

GoogleHaving sold and bought previously with the larger 'chain' estate agents, I found Sam, Benas and Ian to be a breath of fresh air! If you called the office everyone knew who you were and which property you belonged too, there was a personal touch that is non existent with the bigger companies. Sam and Benas worked incredibly hard to manage viewings and sell my house, Ian did some fantastic work with the virtual tours. GoogleAfter many years of using neighbouring estate agents these guys came up Very polished. They deal with things and don’t sit around. They are very good at answering your calls or call you back very quickly. They deal with things personally unlike the others in the area.
