GoogleAll we want to do is sell our house. Twice we have been let down by prospective viewings and lied to by being told that there is a viewing yet no one has been. We have a young family and have to tidy and leave our house for the pretend viewings and ask kindly that they let us know when we can return yet the staff are incapable of carrying out a simple request. Or even bothering to notify you that the person cancelled? Just shocking from a so called national estate agents. Would never recommend.

GoogleHaving used Chancellor to manage my property I can honestly say never again! As a landlord I had such problems when it came to the end of tenancy. Their customers service is appalling. Alterations had been made to my property without my consent. Contacted Chancellors about this - they did not know anything about this despite carrying out periodic visits! The inventory report sent failed to document the changes and I only came across this when visiting the property once tenant had left. Very poor considering the fees they charge.

GoogleViewed a property with Henry and he was extremely helpful, we then decided to view again which he was more than happy to do. He explained everything very well and answered all of our questions which ultimately helped us to make a decision. Never had a more helpful estate agent, would highly recommend !

Any questions I had he gladly answered promptly and kept in contact through out, even checking to see how we had settled in to our new home a few days after completion.

GoogleI m gonna giving even a half star ...i m looking for two 2 bedroom proprty but i m on housing benefits.chancellors do not accept dss.they said they do dss but actually they do not .how it is possible that agency have a lot of proprties but do not have a which accept dss.by law they cant say that they cant give propert dss accepted.who is agree with me?
