Top notch ! A phrase I don't use often ( particularly in this day and age !!! ) The team at Chancellors in High Wycombe have been superb. We struggled to sell our property for months with a competitor and we had quite frankly lost hope . Max from High Wycombe would often reach out to us to see how we were getting on and was always polite ( before we decided to give them a go .) We noticed how much more proactive Miles & his team were right from the get go . Our photographs looked so much better than before and on top of this we also got a drone + video tour, which I must say was 'pucker!' Sold our home in 4 weeks at 99% of asking price and we completed on the sale in 14 weeks there after. Conveyancing was very tricky but Miles, Matthew, Jordan & Max were always on hand to help us ( as we have not sold a property for a long time .) Genuine people who care and want the best for you . Will always reccommend Chancellors to absolutely everybody I know who is selling in High Wycombe area . Thank you all again & I am sure we will see you around . J

Beth has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She found my tenant quickly and made what can often be a stressful process feel much more manageable. What really stands out is how supportive she’s been beyond just the initial letting. The tenancy hasn’t been straightforward and she’s been incredibly supportive throughout what has been a really challenging situation. She’s consistently been the only person I’ve been able to rely on when things have come up, especially in urgent situations. Just knowing I can reach her and get a clear, helpful response has made a huge difference. She’s professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about getting things sorted properly. I recently viewed three flat's with a gentleman named Jordan. He was unbelievably helpful. He was on time every time and made each viewing a comfortable experience. There wasn't a question I had that he didn't have answers too and openly explained everything. He was a good guy to talk too and made it feel like he was certainly there to help you. Having many a viewing looking for a new home Jordan was pretty much the best rep I spoke and certainly a credit to Chancellor's.

Stephanie Toal was an excellent estate agent to work with and played a key role in helping this transaction reach exchange. As the acting conveyancer on the matter, I was particularly impressed by Stephanie's proactive approach and dedication. The day before exchange, an urgent issue arose that needed to be resolved quickly. Despite it being close to 5pm and approaching the end of the working day, Stephanie took my call, immediately understood the importance of the matter, and took action straight away. What really stood out was her commitment to seeing things through. She continued liaising and providing email confirmations well beyond normal working hours, with correspondence continuing after 7pm, ensuring that everything necessary was in place for the transaction to exchange contracts. It's always hard when you have to sell a loved ones property, after their passing. Right from the start Ella was thoughtfull, kind and professional to the situation. We cannot recommend Maedeh highly enough. We are currently in the process of buying our new home, and with delays and complications surrounding the sale of our existing house and flat, it has been a particularly stressful process. Throughout it all, Maedeh has been absolutely fantastic. She has been incredibly supportive, proactive and patient, always keeping us updated, chasing things when needed and doing everything she can to keep the process moving. We have exchanged today! We initially instructed Miles and the team at Chancellors to sell our home back in January. We decided to go with Miles due to his enthusiasm about our property. Right from the start we felt that Miles was the right person to go with as he gave us advice on what we needed to do in our home before we went to the market to ensure that we could achieve the best possible price. Our property was marketed at Offers over £1,000,000 and we had over 11 viewings during the time the property was on the market. We secured 2 offers on our property and the offer we went with was from a buyer that was relocating from London. The process from offer agreed to exchanging contracts today has been a very difficult task and I've been particularly impressed with Miles & Maria. Miles helped us throughout the entire process, even took us to meet with solicitors and gave us advice on returning the documents we needed to. Maria has helped with communicating what was going on from start since the offer was all agreed. I must say, I don't think that we would have managed throughout this process without Maria & Miles on hand every step of the way. My property was on the market for 4 months with jnp and they couldn't sell it. Chancellors contacted me about my property and convinced me to swap over. I am very glad I did. My property was presented with better photography and we had an open house event on a Saturday. Chancellors had 12 viewings on the open house event and we secured 2 offers which ultimately led to a sale secured at the asking price. Before swapping over I was sceptical that they would be able to perform as they said they would. They fulfilled everything that they said they would do and we are now about to complete on our transaction. If you want no fluff estate agents then choose chancellors as they will get the job done for you. Miles has a great team who have communicated with me every single step of the way. Maria has been fantastic in the sales progression team and has kept me sane whilst dealing with solicitors. 10/10 from me.

Very disappointing experience with Chancellors High Wycombe. Our tenancy offer was cancelled by the landlord, and we then had to repeatedly chase Chancellors for the return of our holding deposit. Under the Tenant Fees Act 2019, GOV.UK guidance states that where the landlord decides not to proceed with the tenancy, the holding deposit must be returned within 7 days of that decision. Despite this, we were repeatedly told that the refund was being processed and would arrive “shortly”, but at the time of writing it has still not been received, 13 days after the landlord’s decision was communicated to us. The communication has been inconsistent and disappointing, and what should have been a straightforward refund became unnecessarily stressful while we were trying to secure another property. Based on my experience, I would stay away from Chancellors High Wycombe for rentals.
