Fantastic support from Nicole and the rest of the letting team after having to deal with a full renovation of our property after our last tenants left significant damage on vacating the property. They were empathetic, supportive and really leant in to share the burden and help us through the process, especially as we are not professional landlords. They were superb at getting in new tenants as soon as possible and certainly made our lives a lot easier through an extremely challenging time. Personable and professional to a fault, I would strongly recommend Nicole and the team!

Cannot speak highly enough of Jodie at the Aylesbury branch. Was recently relocating back to Aylesbury for work and looking for a good rental property, and Jodie was absolutely amazing in organising online viewings and sorting all the necessary paperwork for me. Every time there was a problem she was there to help and support. Have dealt with many of the local agents in the past, and Brown & Merry are by far the best, 100% would recommend.

Brown & Merry, led by Nicole in Lettings have successfully rented out our brand new 3 bedroom house on Berryfields since we purchased it, for over 5 years. Their help, service, and advice has been second to none throughout this time. The sales team then took over earlier this year, as we wished to sell. They quickly secured us an excellent buyer at a price we were delighted with. The transaction took longer than we expected, due to our buyer's purchaser - and it was actually Gary at Brown & Merry who went above and beyond dealing with all aspects of the chain that got this deal over the line. ⭐ 1 Star We had a valuation done by Brown & Mary at the end of 2024. Since then, we have continued to receive repeated voicemails and letters through the post. I contacted them directly to request removal from their mailing list, but was told my details were not even on their system, which makes the ongoing contact even more concerning. This has been frustrating and feels like poor data handling and communication. I would not recommend based on this experience.

Brown&Merry Aylesbury recently handled the sale of my house. It’s fair to say that things were rather protracted, with the first prospective buyer coming back twice to ask for a price reduction. However Brown&Merry handled the situation very well. We agreed to put the house back on the market and it was sold in three months from start to finish. I found all of the staff very helpful, and proactive. They often contacted me to suggest how we might progress the sale, and were very helpful in finding contractors when needed to progress the sale. Overall I consider their service and expertise first class, and would recommend them as excellent agents.
