No help given when needed.
Landlady allowed to leave us with no kitchen for 7 weeks so far & we get treated like we’re in the wrong. Having to pay full rent while living like this may I add. No manager has ever called nor visited us to view the mess. Annette who is only available by email (not phone) copy’s all the landlady says and is simply allowed to leave us in this horrific mess! They have removed our last 4 reviews so shows what they are capable of doing - stay clear at all Costs. From Hayley

Further to your recent review, we can assure you that as Agents we do not charge any Tenant fees and are fully compliant with The Tenant Fees Act 2019.
With regards to our routine property inspections, these are completed every 3 months as standard, however we will increase this to every 6 months if we find the property is being well kept after the first few inspections.
On rare occasions, we may feel the need to complete more frequent inspections, however this would only be if there were ongoing issues at a property.
We have to say that we are disappointed to read your review and would ask that you contact us should you have any concerns.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
