GoogleTerrible estate agent. I tried repeatedly to arrange a viewing of a house in Brackley and was messed around and fobbed off. As a cash buyer, I have zero idea what their issue with me was. I found this estate agent very unprofessional, discriminatory and rude. I feel sorry for the seller as weeks later the property is still on the market! (Also stop removing legitimate reviews! I can prove every aspect of my complaint). Terrible estate agent. Rude and unethical behaviour.

GoogleDon't bother renting with these folks. Even the simplest repairs take months to get done. You're having to chase up their allusive contractors only to be told they'd forgotten. You'll see pigs fly before you see any job being completed. As always renters become a second thought once you've coughed up more than 50% of your monthly wages to pay for the rent.

I found the agent Alexander Newman to be both informative and honest - advising me on a suitable property. Hopefully, I can find the right property soon through Connells.
