GoogleI have dealt with Knightons since 2002 when I first bought a flat that they were selling. I've dealt with them many times since for sales, purchases and lettings and have always found them to be very straightforward and easy to deal with. They're very prompt at resolving queries and I believe them to be equally fair to tenants & landlords at dealing with any issues. In particular, Nick's knowledge of all aspects of the estate agency business is second to none which is why he is respected by other local agents as well as clients, nothing is too much trouble for him and in a world where businesses come and go, it's a true testament to a local business that has stood the test of time! Facebookknightons have left me 12 days without fixing my washing machine everytime i call speaking to nick he keeps saying il call you back i have 3 children at home he told me to go laundrette!!!!!!! very dissaponted feels like they want the flat back for family members!!!!!! i have now had to call someone to fix my washer and have 2 go 2 laundrette again ive been 6 times already i suffer with o.c.d and bi polar my anxatiy is high i just want my washer fixed??????????????????

GoogleI have been renting from Knightons for a year and a half and have had a positive experience with them particularly with the lettings team. Can't speak for those buying as I rent but would recommend them. The helped me very much when moving to Buckhurst Hill which was a new area for me especially as I was moving with my dog. I love my home and hopefully will be here for the long hall (have just signed on for another year). They are also very unintrusive to me as tenant.

GoogleHad a problem with my washing machine for 4 months and no one even responded to my request to have it looked at, called up and Nick would just ignore all requests
I do wish that false and misleading reviews could be queried. 1. Having extensively searched our database we do not have a client named Jackie Graswood. 2. We have a management department dedicated to dealing with maintenance issues along with an online reporting tool which ensures all issues are dealt with within 24 hours. 3. What person in the modern world would accept or live without a washing machine for four months.
