I cannot recommend Starkings and Watson enough. They have done everything to make our house sale run smoothly and totally kept us in the loop as things have progressed from marketing our house to exchanging and finally a completion date. Chris was really friendly and helpful, and Melissa in their after sales team was also brilliant, she was constantly on the ball, making sure everything was ticking along nicely. We will definitely be using them again when we next move.

FacebookI had an excellent experience selling my Norwich house with Starkings & Watson. When I first decided to sell it, I spoke to several estate agents and choose Starkings & Watson because I was very impressed with Bruce's knowledge of the area and the sales strategy he devised. His strategy worked well and I got a very good price for my property. In addition, I'd like to give a special mention to Natalie from the after-sales team who kept in contact with me throughout the sale and was very supportive in all my dealings with the buyers/solicitors/lenders etc. Overall, very good experience with this company.

Starkings & Watson was a good agent, well approachable and quick with the listings. We reduced the rent to aid them in securing interest and they got a viewing shortly after the property went on the market at the new rental value. They were good at communicating that the viewing was going ahead. Unfortunately, they were not on time for the viewing, in fact 45 minutes late and therefore i (the landlord) had to conduct the viewing. If i had not been there the viewing had not gone ahead as the agent was not able to get of hold of either the potential tenant or myself. Lucky as i am a proactive landlord, the viewing went ahead. When discussing the lateness of the agent, they advised it was due to travel times, which makes me think they should not have expanded their scope of work outside Norwich. Also, Chris Starkings, does not believe a reduction of fee should be accounted for, due to missed/late apportionments. Regardless of all this, the application is moving forwards and we are likely to secure the tenant. The office/referencing team at Starkings have been in contact quickly and i have been told to expect a few days before referencing is complete

GoogleS&W were great from when we initially thought of selling right through to moving. Sam & Karen in the Brundall office were really helpful. The sales progressor Sarah was great in what proved to be a complicated move. Hopefully I won’t be moving again for a while but would recommend.
