Chris and team have done a fantastic job from start to finish, never have I had to chase them for information regarding feedback from a viewer or an update on the sale. The way they operate is perfect for me everything is followed up with an email. They are open seven days so you can always speak to someone, the whole team knows who you are and your property I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them especially after our experiences with other agents when viewing other properties! Can not recommend Chris and the team at S&W enough . They sold our house in 3 days ,Then negotiated a great deal on our new one in under a day . I have never enquired with

I have never enquired with, nor used this company. My property was listed on the market with another agent. Starkings&Watson have searched my property address up to obtain my details off land registry to write to me. Although it’s not illegal, it’s unethical and pushy. I’ve never experienced such tactics. Sadly, what this achieves for me, is the opposite of what they are hoping to achieve. I’m put off by slimy, pushy agents and I feel violated by them obtaining my name and address, to cold call me. They need to adjust their morals. As this will lose customers!
