GoogleWhat a disgrace of a company .Give me a contract signed by all parties to then ,to then say sorry I can not move as their has been a delay , took all my money for weeks and messed me about on dates a few times . I ended up losing money . Most definitely terrible estate agents . Sad as my family are now in a volatile situation. Don’t sign contracts if you are not 100% . They also lie when they can’t fulfill the promise !!!!! DONT USE KINGS !!!!!!!!!

As a tenant, I have had the worst experience with Kings. Their customer service is poor, their communication is terrible and as a letting agent they are almost entirely incompetent.

I didn't have a problem with Kings until I checked out. As usual with letting agents and landlords they just want to keep as much as your deposit as possible. Despite the flat being professionally cleaned, they wanted it cleaned again by their cleaners. Regardless of the condition you leave it, expect to get deductions.

NO ethics at all. They will steal every penny of your deposit unless you fight for it. They don't follow the tenancy agreement themselves and would want to vacate the tenants by getting a court order from some corrupted county courts. Truly run by mafia

While Kings did a reasonable job in finding a buyer after the first buyer dropped out, the whole process was very slow mostly I believe caused by the buyers conveyancers but it may be the conveyancers that Kings recommended we use, for which they receive an introduction fee no mention of which is made by Kings.

GoogleHorrible estate agents to work with. I rented a property from them and they literally have no idea what they are doing. Totally unprofessional, they book flat inspections and then cancel on the day they are meant to come or just don't turn up although we've then had to wait in all day as they threaten to charge if your not in.
