I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience with Ali. He has been one of the most professional and reliable estate agents I’ve dealt with. From the first viewing all the way to completing the process, he was always organised, helpful, and easy to contact. Ali made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He kept me updated at every stage, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure everything was handled properly and on time. What I appreciated most was his honesty, he never rushed anything and always gave genuine advice. It’s rare to find an agent who actually cares about doing a good job, but Ali definitely does. I highly recommend dealing with him if you want someone trustworthy and professional.

Our experience with Kings, hasn't been like a 'normal' estate agent. Our property was a Probate property with very difficult circumstances. I don't believe any other estate agent would have worked as hard as Kings have especially Charlie who never gave up on us for 16 long months. The service we received was not only professional but with so much empathy. During that time we had a really horrible experience with another estate agent very close by so I strongly believe Kings are exceptional. I really can't recommend them enough.

Brilliant estate agents!!!

I cannot recommend Kings Group (Cheshunt) highly enough. Farida, Ali and Charlie were all absolutely fantastic! But I do need to give a special mention to Ben! Wow! What an absolute star! He kept me sane in a very stressful and long process and he was at the end of the phone any time, sending me emails at every turn and kept me informed throughout! Can’t thank Charlie and Alfie enough for all of their help! They went above and beyond to get the job done and make sure we were happy throughout the whole process. From the minute we met Charlie we were made to feel confident and at ease with selling our house. He knew it was our first time selling and he never done anything without explaining fully to us how the process works. I can honestly say Charlie was our saving grace in our whole move, any time things would feel slightly stressful he would give us the reassurance we need, chased up every last thing that needed sorting, ended up doing other people’s jobs just to speed up the process for us. Alfie kept us in the loop after every viewing, never failed to keep us updated and was happy to take every call and answer any questions we ever had.
