Charlie and Alfie at the Cheshunt branch are the dream team of Estate agents. Alfie is the best agent we have ever dealt with in our 3 previous house sales, he had such great attention to detail and didnt rush viewings with potential buyers. He always arrived early to refresh his memory on our house and was a lovely guy to talk to. Alfie called around their database and hustled people to view our house, driving more viewings to our house in 2 weeks than we had previously in 8 weeks with another agent. Charlie the manager always went above and beyond to ensure our sale went through for example he would answer calls late at night from the buyers, he worked on his day off to bring the buyers around for a suprise 2nd viewing (a week before exchange was due) and he always gave his time for phone calls and catch ups amytime I needed. He always offered help and you felt truely in good hands. You never felt rushed off the phone he always had all the time for you. There was nothing Charlie wouldnt do for us to ensure the sale progressed and was successful. We had really difficult buyers and Charlie without a doubt saved our sale. We exchanged today and its all down to Charlie and Alfie. Thankyou to you both. You worked damn hard for this one!

Hasan was very friendly, helpful and accommodating from our very first veiwing. He went above and beyond when we were viewing the properties, making accommodations for me as I was on crutches (having recently had surgery). He has been such a big help throughought our purchase journey, always available to help and answer any queries we had. our house purchase took 2 1/2 months and the broker (Gulay) and conveyancer (Jessica) he recommended were great! I would definitely recommended the King's Cheshunt team, especially for first time buyers as they will guide you through the entire process. Our broker Gulay was also very helpful and reassuring, she calmed our fears and as we were applying for a mortgage during the period where interest rates started to rise.She was always available to answer our questions and communicated well throughout the process. This whole process was very seamless and it's all due to the amazing team at the Cheshunt branch! It also felt nice to collect our keys to their smiling faces, to top it all off.

I was way for a couple of months .my…

I was way for a couple of months .my partner did the viewings.he was told to wait downstairs as is custom..we had about 5 viewings. When I came back I realised my jewellery box was gone a cartier pen and boxes of perfumes. All together about 12 k.worth. the jewellery was in my wardrobe. When my partner went up the doors were still open. I know that sometimes viewers open cupboards and wardrobes. A family of about six came around looking at everything. I can't say it was them of course .I went to kings in the high street and told someone there. I never even received a call back. Has anybody else had a similar experience?I'm not saying it was a staff member or anything BTW. But how easy is it for strangers to look around your personal space and have a perfect opportunity to take whatever they see.

I have never met an estate agent as attentive and responsive as Sarah Conner. Right from the beginning she was a dream to work with. Throughout the whole process the communication was immaculate. She always spoke to us as people rather than price tags which is uncommon in this profession. I cannot give enough compliments to the manager of the branch Samik. Doing your job is one thing but what Samik does it in a completely different category. There was always an open door to queries or worries. To say that this is a branch above the rest is not saying enough. If you’re looking to buy or sell I don't see why you would go anywhere else.

We bought a home through Kings Group Cheshunt. The first person we were in contact with from the agent was Sarah Connor. We were roped into going with their third party broker even though we already had our own, as “it will count in your favour of your offer being accepted as opposed to using your own broker.” We also were not told by her that there was a chain (seller buying a new home) and therefore would take several months before we could move into the property. It was only a few days later that another agent called to let us know this fact. Initially, Sarah was good at communicating with us and she was pleasant to dealt with, however very quickly started ignoring calls when things became complicated with the seller regarding a moving date. We were eventually dealt with by another agent and we never heard from her again until we exchanged. We were also frequently asked by Sarah to resend documents which had already been sent in the first instance and we felt that this added to the delay of the process. Glad it’s all over now.

We just completed purchase on our house, September 2022. From first viewing back in April, staff were super helpful. We had a few viewings through kings and Sarah pushed us forward as we had all our documents ready, we had our heart set on this one though and she sorted everything swiftly with the sellers. Yes the whole process took 5 months but it was a probate property and this was no fault of the agents. Sarah was always supportive throughout working with the solicitors, following up with sellers and updating us all the way through, giving us that little peace of mind and reassurance. Also enabling repeat visits to the house on short notice so we could take measurements etc. Such a relief now and looking back couldn’t have done it without kings support. Thank you to the team!
