Used the Lincoln branch to purchase a property.What a mistake that was. Took 6 months to completeWhen uk average is 3 months.No communication only replies to emails sent or messages left,no contact off there own back.Worst estate agent ever..AVOID AT ALL COSTS.....

During that time I have experienced a consistently high level of service from them, and they continue to find good tenants and minimize void periods. If you are looking for an agent to manage your property, then I would have no hesitation in recommending Goodchilds.

GoogleAs a property owner and landlord I've been more than happy with the letting services provided. The staff are communicative and friendly, and all issues are dealt with swiftly. Using a letting agent to manage your investment requires a fair amount of trust, and I do feel that they've earned mine!
