GoogleQuite a number of points to mention here. The speed and efficiency at which Oulsnams worked to get our house to market was excellent. To then have viewings on the first day and receive an offer is testimony to a business that is trying to achieve results on your behalf. But following all that it was also the work that continued for the next few months facilitating communication between all parties and ensuring that everything ran to schedule and keeping things on track. An excellent team, but I do need to give mention to Emma Sutton for working with us the last few months to get us to exchange of contracts. Always responded promptly, always positive, always friendly. A real star for us.

GoogleI have recently viewed two properties with your representatives and both have been incredibly helpful and friendly. So much better than any other estate agents we have come across so far. Mrs. Spooner could not have been more helpful and informative, she did not rush us, she explained all about the property and how it could work for my family. She advised us and showed us around and was friendly and helpful and explained that if we needed any further information who we should contact, I would highly recommend this representative together with the other lady we met the other day but I do not know her name. My property manager, Shania Benton, has been absolutely great for the majority now of being the tenant of a rental with Oulsnam. I've been here for ten years now, and they have always been good, but Shania especially balances professionalism with being friendly really well, and seems to actually care about the tenant as a person, as well as the property as an asset for the landlord.
