GoogleProbably the worst esate I have ever come across. They're nice to you until they've got you into a property but then afterwards are not. Alice from the estate agents is a very rude and arrogant person that shouldn't be in the job. Asking her simple questions gets you snobby replies and the way she has spoken to my partner on more than one occasion over the phone the woman is a tool. Also she's very ignorant if you email her but is happy enough sending you emails while ignoring what you sent her. Would recommend they hire someone who knows how to talk to people respectfully.

GoogleI just took a property for rent from Leaders, and Kim Price-Hunt, has been super supportive thought the whole process. Made it all seamless and guided me in every step of it. I have dealt with other firms in the past to let a property, however the team in Leaders and especially Kim have been stand out.

GoogleI came here to find property to let they booked viewing on Tuesday 22nd April but unfortunately they text me back we can’t find the key they booked on Friday 25th 11:40 and then they call me back on Friday at 10:00 they asked me still wanna view the flat I said yes I will be there I been there at 11:40 but nobody around I called them many time I text them many time but no answer they missing around disgusting😡

I unfortunately lost out to a house I'd put in for with leaders bromsgrove but Roodi kindly sent me another property to view that I may be interested in.. Google5 star reviews are not easily given, Leaders earned this through doing a very profession job. Moving house is never easy, but during the whole process we were kept informed of all developments (both good and bad) but most importantly all phone calls and emails were returned/answered quickly so we didn't have to chase. She is always happy to assist wherever she can and nothing is too much trouble for her. Overall they have a good team all round and are a great lettings company to deal with.

Kimberlie was so attentive, always answering my millions of questions quickly and never making me feel like any question I had was silly. She has truly made the whole experience less stressful than I could have ever imagine and I cannot thank her enough. I would highly recommend both her and the Leaders branch in Bromsgrove!

GoogleDuring this very difficult time Amanda and others such as Sarah Newman Suzanne and Roo were prompt to get our flat inspected and any issues sorted in a good time considering the issues with commicating etc. Throughout the time we lived at the flat issues have been resolved and reports thorough. Some who are now no longer dealing such as Sarah at Droitwich was awesome too. Thank you all again for all your help and efforts to make our stay and move out as smooth as possible.
