We brought our first house with rights. Ann was fantastic at keeping us up to date and chasing our solicitors as we found it hard to contact them. We loved the update emails which we didn’t receive from another high street estate agent and that sale as a result fell through. We can’t wait to invite James back to value the house once the works are complete. A massive thank you to Ann and the rest of the team at Aston fields.

James and his team were excellent and highly professional throughout the whole process. James was friendly and easy to work with when marketing the house and performing the viewings. It was, however, the after sales commitment from Right Estate Agents that really take them above other agents I've had experiences of in Bromsgrove. They were committed to chasing up the chain and when there were issues, James took it upon himself to assist. I really can't recommend them strongly enough!

I chose Guest to sell my house, they were kind, friendly and overall a good company, however, there were a couple of things people need to be aware of, after 2 months my house wasn't sold, so I contacted another agent to also help sell my house, Guest doesn't do multiple agencies so pulled out of the selling, also, a big thing people should know is they do an EPC for you so you can be listed on Rightmove, but even after the guy doing the EPC came and did it, they never followed through with getting it registered, and it has now cost me £95+ VAT to get one done myself

House Sold December 2015. We chose Right Estate agents because they provided exactly the same as the big names on the High Street, but at a third of the price. It could have been even cheaper if you choose the single payment. We did our own showing because of the distance Lee would have to travel each time. Photographs were excellent. Final negotiations were easy and the Office were very quick on return calls . I was extremely pleased with the results. Go back to them every time, because they did the simple task of advertising your home on Rightmove, which is the biggest internet operative in this sector. Then then got on with the offers quickly and efficiently to secure the best option. Thoroughly Recommended.

They managed ALL the viewings very efficiently and secured us a good price for the property. Throughout the 'sold subject to contract' period the communication was brilliant with regular updates.
