GoogleWe recently used Right Estate Agents to sell our house. They did this on the first day of viewings. They provided a genuine, professional and friendly service. We couldn't recommend them enough. James was very helpful throughout the whole process. Thank you.

GoogleJames was professional throughout our dealings with him. No fuss, no issues. They just got on with it. E-mails were replied to very quickly, and we were particularly impressed with the regular updates provided by Ann regarding progress with the legal side of things. Would absolutely deal with again :0)

GoogleThroughout what became a long process due to buyer technical issues, guests were always helpful, professional, and friendly. Due to their diligence and innovation, they overcame all difficulties. A special mention goes out to James, Nikki, Lee, and Ann, who always went above and beyond to help things along. Quite simply, the best estate agents I have ever dealt with.

GoogleThe house we where renting the landlord decided to sell the property, understandably we where very anxious about it all , However the landlord Instructed Right Estate agents to deal with the sale ect, admittedly I cannot comment on the sale side of things as we had nothing to do with it , but the team at right estate agents where incredibly accommodating and very understanding when arranging viewings for potential buyers! Nothing seemed to much trouble for them , which compared to the estate agents who managed our rental Right estate agents comes out on top ! Luckily the house was sold to another landlord so we have managed to remain but if it wasn't for Right estate agents it would have been a incredibly stressful time .

GoogleI contacted Right Estates to make an appointment for a valuation. A date was arranged and James arrived on time. I was overjoyed at the valuation I was given and was even more impressed at Jame's local knowledge and understanding of the market. I felt completely reassured that the valuation price would indeed be achieved. James did the viewings and just two days later my house was sold. The whole process then went so smoothly as it was overseen by Ann - she keeps you fully updated with weekly emails about how your sale is proceeding. A truly fantastic service that I would highly recommend to anybody. Selling your home is one of the most stressful things you will do.....let this fabulous Company take some of that stress away. GoogleWe were highly impressed by all aspects of the service. In the midst of the pandemic we had to market our house before we could view others even if we were not sure we wanted to sell. James, the selling agent understood and prepped the ;property for sale holding it back until we gave the go-ahead. The property was sold within 2 hours of the first 2 visits . Subsequently the support we received from sales progression was excellent. We rarely needed to ask for information, unlike with our vendors agents who offered no pro-active service at all. GoogleBy far the best estate agents I have ever used. Very thorough and professional throughout the whole process and at no point did I feel worried or uneasy as I have done with previous estate agents. I cant thank them enough for all their support especially James Strong who went above and beyond with his customer service. An added bonus, the fees were fantastic compared to other estate agents in Bromsgrove.

GoogleThe best estate agents I have ever used. This is my third transaction. Unlike previous agents the team kept me informed every week without fail on progress with my sale. Not only that but they also assisted when I had a few difficulties with the buyers solicitors. They are supportive, understanding and proactive. I cannot recommend them enough. Ann Reece and James Strong are amazing.
