To get an understanding of moving and the finance requirements involved we asked Guest and 2 other estate agents to value our property. James from Guest came exactly on time and spent time talking and explaining the valuation given. Communications were exemplary and the sale pack we were given very informative. The service from Guest was excellent, far, far more professional than either of the others and their pricing was extremely competative. We are not ready to sell yet but if we do we will definitely be using Guest.

Nikki, James, Lee and the rest of the team at Guest have been nothing short of incredible from start to finish. I had a pretty complicated chain and selling situation that only got more complex over time, though the team at Guest made the entire process as painless and hassle free as it could be. I honestly don't think we would've completed if we sold with any other agent and it's a credit to everyone at the company that the sale went through. Everyone in the team is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and proactive with updates. They also expertly navigated the intricacies of the sale throughout the entire process, whether that's negotiating with the buyers, liaising with the solicitors or dealing with unforeseen challenges. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Guest if they were the most expensive agents on the market, though as it turns out, they're among the most price competitive, which really makes the decision a no brainer. Couldn't recommend highly enough, 10/10 service and price and an all round joy to work with.

Lee and the team at Guest have been incredible and we've used them for both our new purchase and our sale. They provide a much more personal service compared to other estate agents and their sales team dedicate an agent to your property who are best placed to guide all the viewings. We have just sold our house with Guest who are amazing! Right from the first impressions with James and his team coming to dress the house, take photos and do the show rounds they have been fabulous! A WhatsApp group was set up and the communication was just first class.
