Robinson Jackson were very helpful and informative at all stages in selling our house. They gave realistic advice in getting the selling price right, during the recent challenging market and economic conditions.

I had a difficult experience with the Belvedere branch.

I had a difficult experience with the Belvedere branch. Some things were fine, such as the listing and the viewings. But they were also very unethical at times. For example they only told me that a prospective buyer's mortgage application failed two weeks after they learned of this. My property was off the market for much longer than necessary.

Belvedere branch staff all very helpful…

Belvedere branch staff all very helpful and friendly .We had a few sleepless nights as our purchase had a couple of potentially unhelpful situations . Full marks to Belvedere for straightening things out to everyones satisfaction . This is our final house move but if we were to move again we would make Robinson Jackson our go-to estate agent .Unconditionally recommended 100% - thank you very much !

Excellent Estate Agent

I dealt with Lee who was professional, knowledgable and efficient. We achieved a quick sake at the price SS were looking for. I have dealt with a lot of estate agents over time and this was one of the best. I cannot recommend enough.

We used Robinson Jackson Orpington to sell our property. We were rather badly let down by another Orpington agent and decided to give RJ a call. We were delighted that we did becauset they were very professional but also very friendly and down to earth, what's more hey sold our property after only three viewings. I must say that John, Rob and the whole team were fantastic and really helped us to make our move to the west country. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Our process of moving was very complicated but Robinson Jackson's were very efficient in the way they handled all the various contributing factors. We have found their staff very helpful and understanding and I think we might have given up if they hadn't given us advice and 'held our hands' through this whole experience which had some very unusually circumstances involved in it. This is the second move where we have used Robinson Jackson and I would definitely recommend the team at the Orpington office for their efficient expertise.

Extremely unethical practices

Highly unethical company, will employ utterly scummy lowlife tactics. Please take my advice and avoid at all costs. Not only are they bad at their job and what they do, but when they inevitably fail they will attempt to find any other amoral method to extract their misbegotten gains. Extremely stressful experience, losing sleep because of these clowns.

Efficient, professional service.

We bought our new property using Robinson Michael Jackson in Gravesend. Their service was excellent. Keeping us informed all the way of developments as they happened. They were more that happy to organise the viewing of the property 3 or 4 times so as we could double check things. All the staff were very helpful and happy to answer all our questions. Highly recommend. Thank you all.
