TrustpilotThe worst estate agent I’ve ever come…
The worst estate agent I’ve ever come across. I chased them multiple times to arrange a viewing to buy a property which they were not able to schedule in over a month. I was never called back (despite promises) and was even not registered in their system. I told them I was very interested and called them at least 5 times enquiring and they said they would call me back and never did. Finally spoke to someone who did arrange the viewing, and I get a call on the day saying the viewing was cancelled because the property had already been sold. Utter waste of time, unprofessional.

GoogleI would highly recommend Robinson-Jackson. Selling a property is a difficult task. With the added complications of probate to deal with as well, we found all the staff very helpful & understanding of our situation. They were very courteous and nothing was too much trouble.
Thank you for your comments Stuart. It's been a pleasure acting for you. Robinson Jackson.

TrustpilotFraudsters
Sold us a house with floorplan saying the property is 100 sqm (hence the higher price we paid compare to other similar looking properties in the area) only for us to find out later the property is 80 sqm. This is fraud, this is lying, this is scamming people. Not long ago we also found out that they are not even TPO registered so I guess it shouldn't come as a surprise that they scam people like this in broad daylight.

TrustpilotSwerve!
Really inadequate and incompetent service from these guys. From a tenants point of view, they will forget about you as soon as they have your money. We did not receive an inventory until after we moved in and for which after emailing several times to highlight some major issues, never once heard back from anyone. In short, it was a huge mistake to go with Robson Jackson; but such mistakes are there to be learnt from. Don’t make the same mistake we did! The woman who showed my partner round failed to highlight there was no fridge or freezer, that the electric meter is on a stick (in 2021!?) there is damage to the property as well as previous tenants belongings which would lead to the obvious conclusion that the property was not professionally cleaned before hand. All in all, this move has become a total nightmare and one that I wish we had not had made. We had been let down by several other agents before hand but I would encourage you to do your research and find a better set of agents who can offer you basic support i.e: courtesy to at least respond to your emails!

TrustpilotHanged up when tried to enquire about a letting
I merely called to enquire about a property for the employee whom I was speaking to, to just hang on me when I just wanted to say "OK, I think nobody will cancel the block viewings I will try again" which I didn't even manage to utter as she rudely hanged up on me! Poor treatment of customer...I've never experienced such thing...

Trustpilot5 Stars for RMJ Sittingbourne
This review is regarding Robinson, Michael & Jackson in sittingbourne (part of the Robinson Jackson group). This is the second time I have used them to sell my property and have again received the same fantastic service. From start to finish they have been great. Very proactive and understand what a ‘sense of urgency’ is. They qualified the buyer well and ensured everything was in place before the stamp duty holiday ended.I have no issue in recommending the Sittingbourne branch of this Estate Agent.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
