MH has been really helpful in getting me into London, and really pulled through for me with a process that ended up being way more complicated than it needed to be (nothing to do on their end). Special thanks to Caitlin who was very patient and polite throughout the whole thing!

The only real estate agency with which I am truly satisfied. Quick contact and always helpful. I would especially like to thank Caitlin, who helped us with our broken washing machine in an instant and friendly way. Thanks to Caitlin, the next day we had a new washing machine 😊 …

Had the pleasure of working with both Charlotte and Mark from Mark Hart Real Estates for the purchase of my 1-bed flat. Both were clear, concise and personable; the process went smoothly from start to finish. First-time buyer and they were always happy to answer any questions I had along the way. Great service from an independent agency.

What you will get if you engage them is 5-star service from Mark and his team. I've used large estate agents before but they absolutely cannot compete with such great service, local knowledge, promptness, communication, willingness to address issues straight away, and all-round competence that Mark, Charlotte and the team show, every day. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have given Mark and his team 5 stars without hesitation, he found a buyer quickly and sorted out all the problems that arise when selling a house, his staff in the background are fantastic and seem to have the same enthusiasm to work hard as Mark has himself, you can always get in contact with them which for me was a big bonus when you need a answer quickly, I would definitely use them again due to the fact Mark really knows the business well and him and his team get the job done.

I had an amazing experience with this team when they helped me sell my flat. From the very beginning, I felt like we were on the same page. They were incredibly flexible and accommodating, working with me to schedule viewings around my demanding schedule. They went above and beyond to ensure that the sale process went smoothly and efficiently, without losing any of their enthusiasm or proactiveness. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property. Thanks again, James, Mark, Neve, and Caitlin!

Neve was a great help when we were purchasing a property. She was constantly chasing the sellers and their solicitors on our behalf to get things done.

Neve from Mark Hart Real Estate was very professional and made our viewing and subsequent move to our new place super easy and speedy. She was there before either of us for the viewing and got everything done and resolved on the day in terms of submitting a offer and being accepted. Plus she ensured that the two issues with the new flat were fixed and completed for when we moved in just a week later. And the Mark Hart portal for completing the move was very good and made checking progress simple. Highly recommended estate agent company and would use again.

I used Mark Hart as a tenant for nearly 2 years and the service throughout was fantastic. Super clear communication, very pleasant to deal with and most importantly they were very fair to us as tenants. Any issues with the property were dealt with very quickly and I think they are the first agency I've used that didn't try and screw us out of a deposit! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

I highly recommend Mark Hart and his team for their exemplary support over the past several years. Mark has managed my apartment while I was abroad, handling everything from finding tenants to keeping my licences up-to-date. He has consistently advised me on the requirements brought about by changes in the rental market. Their professional services have been invaluable, and they’ve offered guidance on ways to save money whenever possible.

Mark Hart is the most efficient and friendly independent agent I have met. After a hectic house search with a lot of offers rejected and a lot of pushy agents, I had the chance to find Mark and his colleagues at Mark Hart Estate. In a month we had: visited the house, secured it, started and finished the tenancy process. Everyone was so helpful, caring and proactive! I've never had that with other larger agencies. Would definitely recommend using Mark Hart Estate for your next house search!

I'm so excited right now, and I can't keep this alone to myself. I saw a review on a page about Miss Evelyn Joshua on how She helps people make money from Forex/Crypto trading as well as Stock and Binary options. I decided to contact Mrs. Evelyn Joshua and invested as little as $500. To my greatest surprise, I made a profit of $6,800 within 7 days. This is the best investment I've ever had and I'm so grateful to Mrs. Evelyn Joshua for helping me manage my trading account. For those of you looking for a good investment and who want to invest in Bitcoin, Forex, and Binary options, Mrs. Evelyn Joshua is the best account manager that can help you make a meaningful profit within a short period. I highly recommend Mark Hart Real Estate. I was lucky to deal with them on my 1st property purchase. After having viewings with many other « high street » estate agents, I can confirm none of them reached the level of service I received from Mark and his team. They do put people interests at heart, which is in my opinion a must have for anyone who is not familiar with buying process. From viewings to completion the team was always available to answer my questions, and reassure me throughout the process. I have been receiving constant updates and also went above and beyond to push the transaction ahead. I will definitely be using their services in future if I sell or decide to rent my property. Thank you Mark & Charlotte !

Mark and his team were really helpful in finding the ideal tenants for my flat! This is the third year I've used Mark Hart Real Estate, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The tenants were carefully chosen and verified to ensure they had the funds to cover the rent and a strong credit history to care for the property while living there. Mark and the Team were very attentive and quick to answer my questions; they guided me through the process and made me feel at ease assisting the tenant moving in while I was on holidays abroad. I would highly recommend Mark Hart Real Estate Services and will definitely use them again!
