GoogleDo not let or buy from this branch!! The agents are fine but the Branch Manager thinks it is ok to steals people's deposits. These people will steal your deposits so watch out!!

GoogleDemi from KFH was amazing through the whole process. She went above and beyond and is an asset to her team :)

GoogleI had an amazing experience with Brooke after a really bad experience with another estate agent. She worked quickly and was very understanding and supportive. It was lovely to work with an estate agent who had compassion for people looking for a home rather than just seeing them as pound signs.

GoogleRecently had help to find a flat from Brooke Williams at KFH. So refreshing to find someone who hasn't forgotten communication is key. Regular emails asking how I was getting on, only agent who bothered to do so to be honest. Excellent!

GoogleWe have just moved house and had Brooke helping us find a property. She was extremely proactive in helping us put an offer in on our chosen property and was so polite and attentive throughout the whole process. She made, what is usually a very stressful experience, a pleasant one. Highly recommend!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWouldn’t waste my time again with these people, not serious. Wasted a full morning because they cancelled my viewing without notice. Went to their office for explanations and it was clear I had been dealing with an idiot the whole time. Good luck! Edit: just found the viewing confirmation email, Patrick Dempsey it was. Well done Patrick!

GoogleFantastic service from Emily and Malica at KFH Bromley. They really know the local market and had a buyer lined up for our property almost instantly. Very efficient and responsive service throughout the sales process. We also like the fact that KFH is able to offer ancillary services (lawyers, valuers, surveyers etc.). A very pleasant and stress-free service.

GoogleMy experience with KFH was absolutely amazing. Through out the process I was assisted by agent Demi-leigh. She was extremely patient and kind towards my partner and I. We really don’t know how to thank her enough.

GoogleVery professional company, who get to know their clients and do their very best to fulfil the brief. Head Office a bit over zealous and slightly out of touch, but don't let that put you off. You will be kept on the straight and narrow as far as the law is concerned in letting matters which these days is very important.

GoogleExcellent service from start to finish! No complaints! Victoria was fabulous!

GoogleThis was our first experience buying a house and working with KFH has been a breeze. Our estate agent, Ramsay, has been non-stop helpful throughout the whole process. He's honest, reliable and we never once felt like we were being given any sales chat which for us was important. Thanks for all your help Ramsay, we appreciated it a lot.

GoogleRebecca had our back from day 1 and helped to ensure a smooth sale despite some potential hiccups through no fault of her own. She was quick to respond to emails and calls and often chased our solicitor on our behalf without us having to ask. Thank you for all your hard work. Would highly recommend.
