GooglePoor service from the branch manager, quite rude too. Shame as other staff were professional at least. I will return when management changes not before. A pity as KFH have several good branches in the Crystal Palace to Bromley region.

GoogleI bought my house through KFH 14 years ago, which in itself was a good experience. I have now sold my house through KFH, Bromley branch. Very professional, polite and curteous staff who kept me up-to-date regularly on the sales process in terms of viewings, feedback etc. but more importantly getting people through the door. I was delighted when Malica introduced my buyer to the house and sealed the deal, very happy!

GoogleAfter a very stressful situation with awful solicitors we were extremely lucky to have Emily (Sales Manager) and Malica on our side to help us through the offer, exchange & completion process. Had it not been for the dedication and support of KFH I am certain the whole purchase process would have fallen through. I am updating my review from 5 stars to 3 because it has been 3 weeks since I have told the person managing our property that flush tank in the toilet is not working and so far nothing! What if it was an urgent matter?!!!!

However one member of staff really made our experience with KFH superb! - Victoria Saunders - A real asset to the KFH team. Her prompt and friendly action to requests and advice made us gutted to use another agency when moving!

She was extremely helpful in my property search and was heavily involved with all aspects of the purchase of the property including arranging subsequent viewings, dealing with queries, communicating with the vendor and even liaising with the solicitors. Made the purchase process a lot smoother and am grateful that she went the extra mile for me.

GoogleWe contacted KFH to assist us with finding a suitable property to rent in the Bromley borough. We have a pet so the search was going to be somewhat a challenge. Brooke Williams the agent looking after us was attentive and professional throughout. She provided regular updates and made no task seem too much trouble.
