GoogleGreat service from the agency itself and the agent Natalie Humm. The supporting department\company doing the checks of the potential tenant and the guarantor are completely out of touch and waste everybody's time by not asking for the relevant information in the beginning rather than keep on doing it step by step which is frustrating for all parties involved.

GoogleAlthough 3rd lockdown and stamp duty holiday brought a lot of delays on the entire process, Tom from KFH Bromley always provided us with up to date progress on the process and made sure effective communication between us and the vendor. Overall we are very pleased and would recommend KFH Bromley to others.

GoogleProbably the worst letting agency I have encounter. They don't take any responsibility whatsoever but they do take the fee. Would avoid them like the plague

GoogleConstant spam emails for irrelevant properties which they ignored requests to specify to our requirements, then ignored opt out requests. The viewing we did was concerning as the agent talked about the owner being desperate so we could "knock them down considerably": which shows how little respect or care they have for their clients.
