GoogleI thought I’d write to you to let you know how well I have recently been looked after by your lettings negotiator Brooke Williams. She has a very professional manner about her and makes you feel at ease and goes out of her way to look after you. She has a very smart appearance and a bubbly personality. She has met us and showed us around 3 different properties with regards to renting. At all times she made me feel very reassured that nothing was to much trouble for her... Not many have I met during my search for a rental property, have made me feel as relaxed as Brooke. She a credit to her mum and dad.. I'm so at ease dealing with her. I would not hesitate to recommend KFH to friends and family In the future... Based on Brooke’s caring, professional reliable manner. She’s an asset to your company....

GoogleI have had a great experience with KFH estate agents. Their employees are professional and extremely responsive. Rebecca W was very helpful in my property search this year, understanding what type of property I was interested in & would suit my needs and was able to arrange multiple viewings very quickly. She was very on top of the process and approached everything with a lovely attitude. I would highly recommend them and their friendly team!

GoogleAmy Waller from KFH Bromley really helped my partner and I find a lovely property in our price range that also had room for my dog. Amazing service and really helpful throughout the process. Viewed the property on a Friday and had the ball rolling by monday. Highly recommend!

GoogleI’m not usually one for writing reviews but I had to share my experience with Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward. I recently had my first ever viewing with Demi-Leigh Letts and I have to say she made it extra special. She was extremely friendly, helpful and completely professional the whole way through. She answered any questions I had and made me feel at ease. Would highly recommend her.

GoogleAfter losing out on what we thought was our dream house (due to slight miscommunication re terms of offer), KFH were excellent and made sure we were first in the door for another property that was added to their books - which was even better than the original one we had fallen in love with! We secured the property within a day and they were incredibly supportive and responsive throughout the process. We are delighted with our new home and grateful to KFH for all their help in securing it for us.

GoogleWe received excellent service from Christian White at KFH when we were looking for a place to rent in Bromley. He negotiated with the landlord to have the house redecorated and a new carpet laid before we took up the tenancy and gave us up to date reports as to the progress. When I had problems getting the Check In report, one phone call to Christian and I had received it within a few mins. In all my dealings with him he has been helpful and courteous. Well done Christian!

GoogleExchanged today! We have received a truly excellent service from KFH in Bromley. Armir, in particular, has been incredibly helpful and has kept us up to date about viewings, potential purchasers and, now, the actual sale, throughout the whole process. We would not hesitate to recommend KFH to any seller who wishes to put a property on the market.

GoogleI've just recently sold my house with KFH Bromley. Emily the manager sold me with her friendly and professional tone, but mainly with her pitch about how her team were going to market the house, the area, and how they had a large number of clients waiting for a property like mine. This as I said sold me from the start compared to other leading estate agents. Professionalism and a great team were there from the start as well as beautifully photographed stills of my house. The team were extremely helpful and gave me almost daily reports of client viewing, client views on the house and what they were doing to get it me the right deal. The star of the show if I'm honest was Ramsay. He is a very well presented, friendly, trustworthy and an extremely knowledgable character. He pushed to get me the deal I wanted. Anyway I would highly recommend KFH Bromley as you will not be disappointed.

GoogleHaving dealt with a number of estate agents over the years, mostly not very positive experiences, I can honestly say it has been a pleasure dealing with the staff at KFH Bromley and Ramsay in particular. It has been an unnecessarily stressful sale of my property (out of the control of all parties), but Ramsay's excellent communication and absolute professionalism has smoothed the way. Although not the cheapest estate agent on the the High Street, I would have no hesitation in using or recommending Ramsay and KFH Bromley in the future.

GoogleRamsay Mintah - Your tireless efforts secured us our perfect home! The level of professionalism you showed throughout our dealings was truly admirable. In this instance a simple thank you feels weak - but, Thank you! We'll remain forever grateful for your hard work and the level manner with which you operate. We're very glad that it was you that we purchased with over the many unhelpful people we encountered on our journey to home ownership. If we were to sell we wouldn't hesitate in contacting your good self and the friendly helpful team at KFH Bromley.
