As i have been seconded on projects around the country Brook Williams had to go out of her way to show me the property and deal with referencing etc. She has always responded to questions quickly and offered great advice regarding living in Bromley. GoogleI recently rented my flat through KFH, there is a lot of competition for letting agents in the area and KFH were the only ones that genuinely portrayed the ability and drive to get the right type of tenant . KFH were an exceptionally professional and efficient unit and will 100% re-use for the continued letting of my property. Friendly, approachable and very quick to resolve issues . Ask for Victoria , Brooke and Patrick . Excellent all round .

GoogleHaving used Malica at KFH for a previous sale in 2018, I had no hesitation in instructing her as my preferred agent to sell a further property. Malica and all her colleagues work as a well-organized team and I really can’t fault their professionalism, courtesy and dedication when selling your property. All viewings were attended during unprecedented and difficult times and I felt really at ease leaving Malica to ensure compliance with government guidance whilst also appreciating difficult family circumstances. KFH achieved a great price that I certainly wouldn’t have expected and from start to finish the service received was second to none. Go straight to KFH when buying or selling. I can't thank them enough.
