I would recommend that if you have a property to sell in the Bromley area that you use these guys.....professional to the end. Thank you.

GoogleChristian was very helpful during our move in Feb 19, we ran in to a few issues that could have prevented us from getting the property we wanted but thankfully he saved the deal using expert knowledge and quick thinking. He's easy to get hold of and did a brilliant job with the paperwork and middle-manning all communication.

GoogleAfter walking into KFH Bromley this week I was met by Mr Ramsay Mintah, the assistant manager. Whilst I made it clear that I was purely checking the local market Ramsay took a lot of time to explain the current conditions. I will definitely recommend Ramsay to my friends and hope to use his services in future.

GoogleThank you to everyone at KFH especially Malica and Ramsay for helping us sell a house in Bromley. Living more than 100 miles away was always going to be challenging but the team took care of everything and secured a sale without a chain. Good communication and service throughout with no unexpected costs. Great job well done.

GoogleArranged a viewing to put my flat up for sale. Amir attended the appointment. He was so professional, polite, and just a lovely guy. I looked no further, didn't bother calling another estate agent, I went with KFH. Three weeks later I accepted the second offer. Malica took over the viewing side, liaison between us and buyer. Malica arranged a viewing for me, for a house purchase. Met her in person, she's so professional and polite. Always responsive, helpful when I needed advice. Generally, I'd say selling and buying is an awful process, not through KFH, it's been amazing so far, 10/10. Long way to go before the journey is over, but I'd say go with KFH if you don't want stress. Worth every penny.
